The transport to the hotel isn’t convenient. While checking in with trip.com’s check-in Voucher, we were asked to pay a lot of extra fees, which is almost four times the price shown on the voucher. I was stunned, showing the confirmation email from trip.com which says the total amount should pay at the hotel is USD31.38or euro€29.48, instead more than €110 the reception man asked, then he said the city tax for each one is €8, we three people should pay €24, as my 83-year-mother was quite tired after long-distant flight, I didn’t want to look for the new hotel and was to pay what he asked this time as €53.5, I gave him my credit card, then he said if I pay by credit card, the settled amount would be Lek55961, which I think 10 times the amount, but he said it’s because of the online rate, finally I paid USD60 in cash, without any changes given.
After stepping into the room, the old broken facility made me upset again. In one word, it’s an awful experience which spoiled the first day of my family trip.
When I checked out the next morning, the reception man wasn’t there, another reception woman was arguing with two guests again for the extra payment she asked for.
