Когда мы приехали в 7 вечера в отель, дверь в отель была закрыта. Мы потратили много времени чтобы связаться с отелем, в итоге нам помог продавец из соседнего магазина. Никаких предварительных писем отель нам не присылал. Время работы на двери отеля указано с 7:00 до 23:00. Никаких извинений от отеля. Сам номер довольно простой , но ужасная слышимость. Слышно абсолютно всё что происходит в соседних номерах- особенно в туалете.

The hotel door locked. There was no receptionist. This is not a hotel maybe should be listed as short stay apartment. Maybe better to revolve the listing.

Che dire, un buon albergo collocato proprio nel centro di Tirana a due passi da piazza Scanderbeg, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, per non parlare dell'ottima pulizia delle stanze, semplici ma carine! La cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la colazione che dovrebbe essere piu' varia, mangiare 6 giorni di fila cornetto con cioccolato e succo di arancia non è il massimo! Se inserite per la colazione qualche dolce albanese sareste da 10 e lode.

Albergo in posizione centrale, a due minuti dalla piazza principale e dalle principali attrazioni. La conduzione è familiare. disponibile il wi fi. Molto buona la colazione. Consiglierei di far scegliere in anticipo la colazione di modo da evitare sprechi. Te la portano sulla tavola come ci si siede. cmq tutto molto positivo.

We stayed here 3 nights with my sisters such a great place location was good restaurants shops around staff were amazing very helpful it was our first time in Albania felt really welcoming rooms were clean bathroom was big and nice had good time thank you for your great welcoming

L'edificio esterno scoraggia il viaggiatore ma le stanze sono molto belle, nuove, confortevoli e molto pulite. Il personale è estremamente gentile, sia i ragazzi che lavorano alla reception che la deliziosa signora che prepara la colazione. Pulizia della stanza accurata in ogni aspetto. Posizione centrale, molto comoda. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Colazione deliziosa, cercano in ogni modo e con tanta attenzione di soddisfare ogni richiesta. Mi sono trovata molto bene e se dovessi tornare a Tirana, decisamente tornerei in questo hotel senza esitazione.

The hotel is in a fairly quiet street, in the very middle of the city. From outside, it doesn't look like a hotel, but the inside is OK: about 6 comfortable rooms. Mine was the smallest and the TV was broken, but otherwise it was fine. Reception was OK, too, they did help me, the breakfast was fine, especially the coffee. I recommend this hotel to anyone, but after just one night it is hard to say more. Having been to many hotels in Tirana, this is somewhere in the middle of the range.

This was my first visit to Albania and it was a great hotel and location to be based. It is about 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop, very close to Skanderbeg Square. The entrance is on a quiet back street but easy to find following Google Maps. The room was spotlessly clean with a good modern bathroom and walk in rain shower. Good Wi-Fi and a clean comfortable bed. There was also a fridge, TV and kettle. I have paid so much more than this cost in other cities for much worse accommodation and the guy on reception was helpful too. The only thing missing was tea or coffee to go with the kettle - I didn’t need any so didn’t ask but it’s probably available. There is a ground floor cafe and plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. I hope to come again and would definitely stay here if I do.
