The Boathouse Pulau Tioman arvostelua

It is a really disappointed experience at the boathouse. Service is not professional in terms of house keeping. The staff left very dirty footprints in our shower room after his cleaning service, which is so disgusting. Service is not consistent in terms of standards as well. One day the waiter told us all soft drinks were free during the happy hour. Another day it changed to charge but nobody told us when we ordered. Moreover, the lady staff at front office arrogantly asked us to pay for a bill we never signed, she said it was their practice. So ridiculous! We will never be there again Btw, a lot of flyers in the restaurant of this hotel..

環境和服務都不錯，但交通不便。推薦帶長者和小孩度假。如果你是來潛水推薦paya港。注意，島上各個村莊不通道路，衹能考渡輪，boat taxi不算便宜。11-3月由於風大，淺店休息，但是可以來學沖浪🏄

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, direkt am Strand gelegen. Perfekter Service, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen, leckere Drinks. Eine Absolute Empfehlung!

總體還行，個別服務員服務欠缺

Everything was good, and on 2nd nights we order the lobster was good too. Price very reasonable. Athens only things in the night walking back to room. The light was not very bright so sometimes u need to see properly. And the room phone not working well. Overall, I can say is very good.

What a great surprise ! The hotel has just opened few months ago, and everything went very well. Our room on the ground floor was lovely, the food is excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly. Special thanks to the PADI team for their outstanding service, we had such amazing dives.

Boathouse is a genuine piece of paradise. A stunning location with a private golden beach and beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean chalets. We had a beach front cabin with a balcony and a swing seat and were delighted with everything about it. I arrived with an injured leg and I cannot praise highly enough, the outstanding kindness and consideration shown to me by the incredible staff. We loved it so much we extended our five day stay to seven days and still had to drag ourselves away. Now I am planning how to get back to this paradise. A huge thanks to the wonderful staff who made our stay at Boathouse an absolute joy.

Un excellent Resort familial, très récent, d’une trentaine de bungalows, implanté au calme sur une partie privée et magnifique de l’île. Les bungalows sont spacieux et très bien équipés, jolie piscine, plage privée, très bon restaurant, diving centre, salle de jeux… une expérience incroyable, servie par un personnel extrêmement attentif, bienveillant et observateur pour un service personnalisé et irréprochable.

Suitable for vacation, not for tourism. Beautiful environment and excellent service attitude. The staff is very competent. The only drawback is the remoteness of this resort. The relevance is good, but there are fewer corresponding commercial things. It is quiet, but not lively. If you want to get up every day and go to the island to play somewhere else, it will cost more and be more troublesome than other resorts

However, one downside is that guests are essentially confined to the resort unless they pay extra for a boat to leave. It would be great if the resort introduced a travel package that includes transportation options for exploring nearby areas. Additionally, the pathway to the rooms consists of sandy trails, which makes it easy to track sand into the room. Replacing these with a hardened surface would improve convenience and cleanliness. Despite these minor drawbacks, the resort provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for those looking to relax in a secluded setting.
