Tempat menarik…walaupun agak lama bgnn,yg penting blh tdr lena…view yg cantik…puas ati,lynn staff sgt friendly …very was perfect …

We were impressed by the staff who provided good service. The location commanded an excellent view of Penang through the day and night. A little more attention could be made towards the upkeep of the place as a whole.we enjoyed our stay and reminded us of the colonial bungalows in Cameron’s,Fraser’s and Singapore. We would like to single out Mr Zull who was helpful and friendly.

比我們上一次來有了進步也有了退步，進步是地毯換掉了，換成了地板，退步是房間打掃得很馬虎，桌面的灰塵，洗手間水漏還沒清理，都是頭髮，上一個客人用過的香皂和洗髮水。床單破舊，不介意睡一晚是沒問題，熱水器洗手間都有，我們訂家庭房三張單人床。自助早餐見照片，畢竟這個價格要求就不能太高。後山的風景依然美麗，只是正好遇到老闆拜天公，晚上辦私人派對包場了……我們作為住客加入是被看臉色的，我們識趣的回房間關門睡覺，可是男高音依然還在歌唱，好不容易睡著了鞭炮齊鳴😅……升旗山是越來越美麗了，總體來説一兩年來一次也不虛此行吧

Had a great stay at Bellevue with the scenic day/night view. A small garden and basic amenities with a standing fan and large bathroom. Large room accommodate 3 single bed with lots of room to walk or even do yoga/ exercise. Always wanted to stay here whenever I came to Penang Hill ❤️

God for a night stay, for couple who want to away from city. Hotel rate a bit too high for this standard of room.

Lovely view of Penang from Bellevue Lovely stay in this historical old hotel with such a lovely view. Is like having the whole place to myself.

Sadly the hotel plays it's advertising on the view from the terrace area. First impressions are that it is dirty and uninviting. If you can get past that AND the outdated rooms and décor, you stand a chance of appreciating the view it relies on to entice its guests. The food was minimal. The breakfast appeared to be tinned/frozen with a fried egg - no other choice. All food options were very limited and did not comply with the advertised menu at the front of the property. We were housed in the bedroom (#8) which is next to the reception and was noisy. You could hear everything said on the reception telephone and to guests. The bedding had ingrained stains and the pillows were uncomfortable and smelt. The curtains were ripped and dirty as were the nets. The toilet brush had remnants from the previous occupants waste. We had visitors in the bathroom (a gecko [not a problem] and various spiders). It was damp and had a fausty smell. Some rooms appeared to fair in a little better. The corridor had scatter carpets (trip hazards) and cobwebs over the light fittings. Paintwork was bubbling in rooms, dining area and reception. Not disable friendly due to steps. All in all it's sad to see the possibilities for what could be such a lovely little hotel ignored and no pride taken. I understand that the conditions are hot and humid but there is SO MUCH potential and missed opportunities. With a heavy heart I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We did not stay here, and we only dropped by for lunch. The nice guy at the reception brought us to the restaurant which was an outdoor area, overlooking a nice lawn and with spectacular views. There were only 2 other guests there - one was reading and another was painting. We ordered pumpkin soup, fish and chips, club sandwich, ice lemon tea and water. Everything was really delicious - must be the great view!

The date I booked the hotel was unfortunately was the cable car under maintenance. Called to the hotel no 1 answering the phone. At last get a number from ******* and called, 1 person which was no longer working at the hotel answer and he was so nice provide the PIC contact Ms Parvathy. Called to this lady informed that we we booked the hotel and 1 night at the Bellevue and now the cable car was under maintenance not working. I asked how could we go up the Penang hill. Then she said can arrange the 4 wheel car for us to go up. No issue, we get our way up to the hill. Then arrived at the hotel . there is no 1 working there. As understand the hotel was closed. I was so shocked. why the Ms Parvathy never informed us so that we no need come up all the way. Then there was a guy who is in charge of the buggee transport help us to contact the hotel PIC. Then he arranged the room for us to stay. He also very kind to help to arrange our dinner for that night because due to the cable car was not service no stall was open during that time. The hotel is good however the service from Ms Parvarthy is super bad. Why they did not informed us out front that the hotel is closed open during our booking date. She even never bother to informed the person at the hotel that there was guest coming to stay after we called her. I am very disappointed to the service of the hotel.
