設施：完善衞生：乾淨 環境：優美，對面就是沙灘，但因為到達時間太晚就沒去找小企鵝。 服務：有求必應 就在路邊，有點嘈，空間大，乾淨舒服。

Room is dirty. Carpet, floor is sticky, full of dirts. Cooking utilities dirty. Water pressure is low . Broken door.

Good space comfy bed, but no iron or ironing board, no tissues and terrible shower.

The bed is amazing in room 10 Very friendly check-in. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful with our questions being our first visit to Timaru. Walked to the lighthouse then to the penguins. Returned late at night and had an awesome sleep in a very comfortable warm bed. The room is not fancy but perfect for the price and you just need somewhere to sleep.

Timaru Summer School Wonderful welcome, and farewell. Really comftable bed! Roomy Unit that had everything we needed for our stay.
