Hôtel Tignes le Diva

Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend staying here.

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute de vos moindres demandes, l’emplacement est idéal. Les chambres en étage ont une vue incroyable! Seul petit défaut avec un emplacement aussi exceptionnel le groupe belambra pourrait investir d’avantage sur cet hôtel en effet les standards ( parties communes, animations, équipement des chambres…) Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour au Diva Belambra, l’equipe a la restauration, Leopold, Julien comme tous leurs collegues sont au top, tout s’est tres bien passé, le lieu est vieillissant mais l’equipe au service des clients rend le lieu tres agreable, on est comme a la maison !!

Service excellent ! Et encore, le mot est faible pour décrire le personnel, en particulier Julien et Léopold toujours souriant et prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi au top. C’était super merci ……. ……. …….

Fantastic Location, minutes from 3/4 different ski lifts and easy access to the upper level of Val Claret for a bit of apres. The rooms however could do with a refresh - as a single occupant I was allocated a triple room - lots of space and storage - whilst friends in a double room found it very tight and cramped - rooms could have been allocated a bit better as the smaller double would have been fine for one. Breakfast was a mixed bag - cooked options weren't great but plenty of continental offerings to keep you going. Dinner was buffet starter/dessert with plated main which was usually pretty good - wine drinkable. All the staff were very nice and accommodating - however it was a tad expensive considering what you got. But as I said the location is fantastic for skiing

We decided to return to the Belambra Tignes La Diva in late March, after just moving house. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful, and put our luggage in a room while we waited for our room to be ready. As we’ve stayed here before quite a few times over the years, we knew the procedure of checking in. Our checking in and out was very easy and straightforward, no problems at all. Our room was on the side of the hotel, overlooking the shops. The room was small, but we booked late so we didn’t expect much availability of rooms. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and lots of choice, we go down for breakfast for about 08:00 knowing that the food can be sparse later on. Our set evening meal, and buffet desserts very really tasty and a great selection of choice off the menu. We found the atmosphere to be very relaxing and staff were very welcoming and friendly as always. At some hotels at dinner it can be a bit overwhelming, but not here at all. We enjoyed our week staying the Belambra Le Diva in Tignes, and we have booked another week in late March again for 2025. Looking forward to our trip.
