The Cascades Inn-Waterfall Retreat

We all know it’s about the experience, and let me tell you that you will have a great experience here. First off I want to address some up the issues others had. I saw comments about poor bedding and cleanliness. I have two herniated disc in my back and had NO issues with the bed. Everyone has different needs when it come to their bed. The bed in #4 was awesome. Our room was recently remodeled and was beautiful and very clean. The views and sounds of the waterfalls just outside your room is amazing!! Let’s talk about the staff: our car broke down at the resort!!🙁 Mike the manager came to our rescue! Not only did he reach out to local mechanics for us, he also helped trouble shoot and FIXED our problem. Carol the cleaning lady even offered to drive us 80 miles round trip so we could get a rental car if needed!! Come on folks it doesn’t get any better than this! We will be staying here again and again!!

Hidden Gem From the moment we arrived we were sure by natural beauty this hidden gem nestled in peaceful scenic are with waterfalls just outside my room. The staff was amazing warm and tentative and checked in with us when they saw us out and about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Conveniently located to cute quaint little shops and a large amount of dining selections, as well as beautiful hiking trails. The atmosphere here is incredibly serene & perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Especially loved the light show on the falls at night. I’d give it 10 stars if I could
