以色列預訂酒店請注意逼坑：我們預訂的是2間豪華雙人房，但每個房間都衹寫了一個人的名字，沒想到酒店前台説如果是住2個人必須再多付一份房費，即使夫妻也得這樣。我們解釋在中國攜程平台預訂，雙人房寫一個人名字是能住2人，其他國家也可以，另外平台沒有備註説明雙人房必須寫2人名字。酒店根本不接受解釋，説這是以色列的規定，必須遵守。我們電話攜程，客服態度非常好，一直在想辦法同酒店溝通、幫我們想各種解決方案，但酒店態度強硬，房間裏想多住一人必須增加費用1100元，考慮到我們入住已晚，每個房間可以優惠掉300元，被我們拒絕，僵持不下時攜程建議我們先補差1600元住進去，後續她們和國外負責酒店預訂的第三方協商，再幫我們申請退回一部分費用。回到上海，就收到攜程訊息，一共退回900元，等於每個房間自己補貼350元，攜程還是給力的，好評！房間設施比較舊，有陽台能看到海景不錯，但對於我們晚住進去，一早就出發的人來説升級海景房意義不大。

Adequate hotel, unfriendly staff Good location on lakefront with nice pool area. Rooms clean but a bit tired looking. Breakfast had good choice but hot food was barely warm. Staff however were unhelpful and borderline rude. At check in we were given no information at all about the hotel, breakfast times, pool times etc. I asked about pool times and was told it was open until 7pm but when we went to the pool at 5.50 it was already closed. We had ordered a room with an extra bed, which was not provided and we had to ask for it. We were not given any information about parking and got a ticket and fine on our first day. Lifts were often busy and as well as other rude guests barging in front of us, we even had a staff member push in front of us to get in the lift. Overall hotel was adequate but rude staff would put me off staying with this hotel again.

Extremely good service. Friendly and responsive staff. We stayed in a renovated room so it was very modern and cozy. Enjoyed the food, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Thank you all the team for your great service and hospitality. Greatly recommended.

I had a great stay! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and spacious, with beautiful views. The amenities, especially the pool, were excellent. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely return!

They we're renovating the whole time we were there. They didn't inform us of that when we booked. The breakfast was pathetic and 4 of the 5 nights they only had breakfast for dinner. No main course. The massage spar didn't have anyone who spoke English.
