very poor experience in this hotel and their service

Very good opinion, I am very happy. If I have another chance, I will definitely choose it and stay there. Good room service, as well as the behavior towards us at the reception, everything is better. A place that I like so much. Even if you look at the money, it is affordable. Good service, very very good.

Property is good. Good food and breakfast. It's in the center of town.planning to stay one more time. Improvement can be done on lights in corridor and reception

Hotel trissur towers is situated in an excellent spot. Well connected to important places and railway station / bus stand. The rooms are neat and spacious with good food.

The most centrally located, spacious property. Rooms are old-style and very large, with a separate sitting area and table. Over all it looks this property was open with cross ventilation and open air before it was covered leading to too much darkness everywhere. Check-out time is posted as 1 p. M, which is late. Other hotels frequently allow early check-in if a room is available. We arrived at the motel at midday. We were sitting in the lobby area, which was closed and had little effective air conditioning. Unlike other hotels, we were not asked for water. We were deliberately forced to wait until 1 p. M, when we were summoned and provided a room at exactly 130000 hours. There is a charge for a single occupancy room, and when you add a second person, the price increases. But why is there no second towel and extra bottle of water that cost only rs 8? in other hotels there is provision for drinking cold/normal/hot water at every floor. Services have to be improved. 18 hours and these utensils were not picked up (see pic) from the door of room next to us.
