The House Newly renovated with a little rustic charm, our 2-story hillside home features wraparound decks and scenic views across 2,400 sq. ft. Perfect for large groups and multiple families, each level is private with a separate entrance, connected by deck stairs on the East side. Stairs — Stairs connect the 2 levels and decks on the outside. There are no interior stairs. For those with small children and limited mobility, see "Other Details to Note" below. Level 1 — 1,400 sq. ft. Top level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for 8 people. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and wraparound deck. Level 2 — 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms (living room serves as second bedroom), 1 bathroom, with sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. A hallway connects the living room to a second Primary bedroom and bathroom. Kitchenette and lower deck on the east side. Note — The basement is currently off-limits during renovations. . . .
