Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite! The room cleans are very thorough, staff are very knowledgeable of the local area, helpful when working out of town and aren't sure of what’s around! Clean reception leads to clean hallways which smell fresh.

Although this hotel is budget-friendly, the service is exceptionally good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there is an endless supply of tea, coffee, and milk available from a table at the front desk as well as those in your room. All staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, go out of their way to assist guests whenever possible. For example, if you bring in a takeaway, they provide a small selection of plates, knives, and forks to borrow. I can't speak for other Travelodge's, but I return to this one regularly, as do many others.

Tired hotel. Needs some attention. Rooms look half empty Bathroom flooring coming away from wall very dirty behind it

Anne & Peter were very helpful and polite so were the other staff as i don't know there names ideal for me as i'm only working three miles away five minute drive to the town nice area some nice food too a few local pubs not many do food couple nice places for food .

Friendly welcome on arrival from Lyn. Hotel was noticeably clean and fresh smelling. Extra supplies of tea and coffee supplies before getting to room. Easy to park. Added bonus of Burger King, Greggs and Subway just outside. Easy access from the A14. Have booked already to stay again in a couple of weeks.

What can I say . Just first class from walking in the door. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Local surroundings are beautifull and plenty of places to eat and drink while you stay in the best travel lodge in the universe 😀 😊 👌 😄 😉 ✨️ 😀 😊 👌 😄 😉 ✨️
