Riverfront Motel & Cabins

本次出行最滿意的房間，旅店在比較偏的地方，也正因此周圍環境很好，雖然不提供餐食，但會推薦周圍的飯館，飯館開車三四分鐘就到了。旅店服務人員也很熱心，對於我們的問題熱情幫助。房間裏有冰箱微波爐，還有洗衣服務，真的是個不錯的歇腳處。

Very clean and quiet. Loved the surroundings. Will be returning again. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was easy to access the area, Duck pond was very clean and a nice place to sit and relax. Gift shop had a lot of charm. I really loved the cabin.

A very nice privately owned motel. Our stay at the Riverfront was perfect. The woman who registered us was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our room was newly constructed, large, clean and well appointed. Everything a traveler might need is available and easily accessible. There is a large gift shop within the office area where one can find just about any type of souvenir or necessity they are looking for. Wish we had the time to follow the trail to the river. I had last minute changes to my travel plans. They handled my requests with ease and were very helpful. They let me add a day onto my stay and the office was open when I arrived at 9:45 pm. No penalties for changes or for arriving so late. The room was clean. Everything worked the way it should. The room was quiet with no sounds from neighbors. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. The view is terrific and I parked right outside my door. No lugging gear from a distant parking lot. I will be back.

The job was amazing at the start. My sister and I, who both got the job together, learned very quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful when we were confused since it was our first job cleaning at a motel. However, we were fired out of nowhere, and it wasn’t even done face-to-face. We were told our time management wasn’t good, but neither my sister nor I were ever informed that we were doing poorly or given any guidance on how to improve. We were both just fired. When I spoke with Mollie Heape, the owner, in person to collect our last paycheck, she told us, "You both are too young and inexperienced for this job." She knew our ages before hiring us and was aware that this was my sister’s first job and my second. We learned quickly how to clean the cabins, make beds, and so on. I’ve noticed that some of the other employees there also look young, if not younger than us. Our age or inexperience had absolutely nothing to do with it; she just needed a reason to fire us, so she used that as an excuse. In messages where she informed my mom about us being fired, she admitted that she was barely present to train us. That’s accurate because she only helped us once during the entire time we worked there, she showed us how to fold a pillow. We were never given a chance to improve our "time management" or address our "inexperience." Nothing was ever mentioned while we were working. I’m not the only one with such an experience; many others have reported similar issues while working for her. My sister and I even went so far as to do online school so we could work more days. Despite this, I noticed how she reduced our workdays from Saturday, Sunday, and Monday to just Saturday and Sunday. Then to just Sunday. I was so excited for this job and enjoyed working there, but this experience ruined it for me. Then her daughter, Lindsey Heape, started sending rude and unprofessional private messages to my mom about how we were not fit for this job, yet were never even talked to, so we could improve. Again, she was never there to train us. So if she really knew our work ethics then she would be able to explain what we did so terribly wrong. Horrible work experience, never again.

Loved this place! Served its purpose and would definitely recommend staying in one of the cabins. The gift shop is adorable and Rimrock Restaurant just down the road came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Food and view was 100%. Book today!

We love Riverfront. We have stayed several times and our last time was a goodbye "for now" to Montana. The rooms were always clean, the front desk ladies were always so nice and accommodating and the gift shop is the best! On my last stay, I accidentally left my WEDDING ring in the room. I was on my way home (already in Idaho) and they called me to tell me about the ring. They shipped it to my home and I am so very grateful for this! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We loved this charming place. Our room had hardwood floor, high counter, clean, and even had a den before entering our room. We ate at the local restaurant and had breakfast at the Minnie's. We didn't have enough time to hike around this area, I would suggest to stay here at least 2 days to truly explore the area.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up so nicely, and exceptionally clean. This will always be my go to when I am in the area! We were even given the opportunity to watch a moose at the duck pond for a few minutes!
