Awesome place to stay in....near to airport and Padmabaswamy temple...on road to kovalam... conveyance is easily available at any time of the day. Special thanks to general manager who made our stay comfortable. Food is delicious.. especially veg biryani ..rooms r very gud

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and found it conveniently located near the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, I was disappointed that the breakfast was not a buffet, but rather a limited selection added to the room rate. This trend of offering non-buffet breakfasts with limited options seems to be becoming more common. Instead of a variety of dishes and a self-service experience, guests are presented with a fixed menu that lacks diversity. It feels like an effort to cut costs while still advertising breakfast as an included perk. As a customer, I would expect a full breakfast spread, not a limited selection that barely justifies the added cost.

It was Good experience at room The only problem was to improve the resturant service and hospitality. Staff were very friendly huge space for parking room was very clean and tidy 😄. Best hotel who stay for short time near temple. Thank you make restaurant hospitality services better thank

It's a very well maintained room with good ambient lights and even wifi is there so as in tv we can use Netflix YouTube etc..wash room was quite nyc with two towels n rest accessories..food is average still ok as we have ordered it late..there is a resto bar also there which is family friendly.

Travelled with my elderly mother. In spite of confirmed booking , they denied the room saying they were full. They couldn’t explain why they had agreed to the booking either. They don’t seem to have a system and look complete disorganised and clueless. They redirected us to another hotel which turned out to be so bad. Really stressed out my mother. Would strongly recommend to avoid at all cost

It was my first time. At their bar it jus because of ambiance I have enter with family server was completely unprofessional and respectless. It took more than hour to server on table food was completely tasteless and thank God I didn't drank much . Worst hotels in town with u. Professional unhygienic staffs not even bother. . Now lem me tell about the issue. . After seeing the wonderful environment we had planned for dine at bar at the evening serve came on table after one hour, guys the and food is completely pathetic. . During billing the server brought a bill which was corrected by cashier felt really unprofessional . . Then the server came for billing we asked for take away he said he we have to do the billing together. Ok think the server was expecting to have some tip ....never mind we were ready to pay later he switched saying that that was not the exact payment done we have to do again. When we connect hotel manager Mr Santosh he was really unprofessional and also mentioned that the hotel owners don't bother and he really dosnt know ?? What they are up too? Seriously mr RAKESH?? ?? CAN I HAVE A MOMENT TO SPEAK WITH you please...?
