The Hotel was good service was very good food taste was nice but the experience and staff behaviour was very rude first we asked for room slipper they said NO second we asked for late check only half an hour they didn’t allow. One more suggestion if you are going to have spa kindly avoid it’s just normal Malis itching else.

I believe I overpaid for a mediocre property (more than 7k/day). Reception and dining were very poor. Not enough space in the property to wander around.
Food was an utter disappointment, but it had some sky rocketed price like a 4 star resort. Based on what I ordered, I recommend you to change your Chef.
Apartment was compact and clean.
Staff behavior was cool & pleasant.
Didn't use Ayurvedic facility, so comment on that.
Reception neither had the courtesy to welcome customers nor had the space that allowed the customers to be seated properly.

This is my 3rd time at Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort.Each time I came here I felt Beach and Lake is the home where my heart is. First time in India I wasn't sure where to go which area is the best for me I didn't have much knowledge about Ayurveda.I was very happy that I selected Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort.Lot of changes came after the 15day detoxification and stress management treatment in my digestion,stress,anxiety,insomnia.This Eating at Beach and Lake was such a pleasure every day.Every meal I had was so good and tasty. I must say one of the advantages of Beach and Lake is it is very near to Thiruvananthapuram Airport and staffs doctor and therapists they do everything the best service for your needs and cure. Highly recommend place for Panchakarma treatment

The serene location, nestled between the tranquil lake and the mesmerizing beach, creates the perfect environment for relaxation and healing. The Ayurvedic treatments, guided by the expert care of Dr. Gowtham, were exceptional. He is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand individual needs, providing personalized treatment plans. His dedication to wellness and healing is evident in every interaction. The service by Pramod and Manoj was outstanding. Both were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was arranging meals or assisting

It is small, quiet nice place with rooms overlooking the sea. The place is divided in 3 parts, with one part having the Ayurvedic resort where we had the full body massage and must agree it was awsome. The sea side rooms are in one location - a small place with excellent view and for breakfast/food we have to cross a small backwater by boat - 2-4 minutes. The rooms, location, scenic beauty was good but the quality of the beds, pillows requires an upgradation. The Breakfast spread is pretty average and they could not provide a Masala Dosa also. Very small things but require improvement which can make stay more comfortable

Our stay at this Ayurvedic hotel was a truly unforgettable experience. It was our first time in India, as well as our first time trying Ayurvedic treatments, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The treatments were personalized and left us feeling completely refreshed and balanced. The yoga classes were excellent, providing a perfect complement to the Ayurvedic therapies. The food was delicious, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared, making every meal a highlight. The entire staff was warm, professional, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to return next year for another rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking wellness and relaxation!

Ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf Strand und See vom Zimmerbalkon aus. Die Mitarbeiter hier sind so freundlich. Ich habe viele Veränderungen gespürt, nachdem ich hier behandelt wurde. Veränderungen bei meinem Aufstoßen, meinen Rückenschmerzen, Stress, Schlaflosigkeit. Therapeuten und Ärzte sind zauberhaft. Danke, Team Beach and Lake, ich werde wiederkommen

I visited this amazing place in August for 1 week.Shirodhara,Ayurveda oil massage elakizhi were also so relaxing.Good food and excellent view of Beach and Lake.Boating to other side of the property was an unique experience . Staffs were so helpful and the hospitality was great
