The location is very good as it is very close to the railway station. The room was excellent and very clean. Food options were limited and very strict wrt time. After lunch time or dinner time, they offer only a 24 hr menu which has literally nothing. The swimming pool is very good but needs cleaning.

Had a lovely stay at Dimora with family for 4 nights. The service experience was quite exceptional, especially with the front desk, who went out of their way to help us plan our trip comfortably. Friendly and attentive staff with a lot of hospitality, including at the restaurants. The standard room was rather spacious and clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Good food and a diverse breakfast spread, and a hygienic atmosphere all around. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trivandrum :)

One of the best hotel to stay at trivandrum. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very spacious lobby. Staffs are very helpful and very polite. Beautiful swimming pool. Kids enjoyed their stay. Abhilash and Aju was very helpful. Definitely will come again

Property is in the heart of city. Staffs were very decent, humble and property is very well managed. Very near to Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple. One can stay here and go to Kovalam and Poovar beach also.

Location , food is good but bathroom door was not checked before giving the room to me , there was a malfunction cause of which door closed swiftly , skin of my leg came off and I had hurt my hand badly, this made it a horrible experience

Great hotel with awesome staffs by the name Abhilash as front desk manager and Vishnu From the F&B executive was excellent. Huge rooms, breakfast spread was good with vegetarian options. Clean housekeeping and excellent security and door staffs personal

Te ambiance of the place was really good ***** with the service, the people who served me and my family where avani, sharan,vipin,viashak and gokul. The staff was also really helpful and helped my grandmother get her food. My only problem is the limitation of non veg food. Other that that every thing was good, and another problem is the fish as it wasn't really that good as me and my family expected.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Myself and my friend from college came as our study trip and their service all are very good!!!
