This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

We had a 2-night stay in the hotel in Dec'24. We felt that the experience was below average and could have been better, especially for 1 reason in particular - 1. Buffet Breakfast - I cannot recall when was the last time I had such a bad experience of a buffet breakfast. It felt as if the hotel did not care at all about the breakfast. The restaurant area looked gloomy. The staff looked extremely tired, sleepy and slow. The breakfast spread was limited and nothing great in taste. The entire set-up was dull. 2. Gloomy room - Now this is very much personal. We felt that the vibe of the room given to us was depressing. There was nothing "happy" about the room, just a practical ensemble of stuff that evoked no feeling of joy. Though the entire was spacious, it lacked character. 3. Horrible TV - It seemed like the theme of our trip to Kerala was that wherever we stayed, we had to deal with the worst TVs/remotes. Like the other hotels we stayed in this trip, the TV and the remote In this hotel were simply horrible and outdated. It would be unfair if we only called out the problems without mentioning the Good part about the property - 1. Spacious and practical room 2. General cleanliness 3. Prompt Service - housekeeping 4. Proximity to the airport We think that this is a practical property which might be more suited for corporate travellers.

The place was very nice and the manager sabhu was also very polite. The food is also tasty. Now i am writing extra words to complete the minimum characters required to be a part in my story in the story of my story in this chapter of the book I am reading

While it was a 4 star hotel it did not feel like a 4 star stay rather it felt like a 3 star one in general. Which was a bit disappointing but the management was very cheerful

This property is very good. Good food. Room is neat and clean. We booked queen suit nice ambiance. Bar and restaurant so nice. Staaf very cooperative
