The property had electricity problem for 1 day. No power backup . The reception person was giving excuse that adjust for 1 night others are also adjusting

Stay was okay and comfy but the food was disappointing. Could have been a little more coordinative.

It was a very comfortable stay. Near the beach and eateries. Places to visit in varkala were also nearby to this resort. Cleanliness was also good. Varkala black sand beach is only 5 mins from this place. Varkala cliff is only 2mins walkable distance. How discount is applicable?

Stay is good do not have basic facility like TV and water heater. We only get bread toast, banana pan cake and bread omlet as completely breakfast.
Overall it's decent but not so great

The only good thing about the hotel is it’s closer to the beach rest there is no services in the hotel no restaurant no tv no hot water, the manager krishna is extremely rude and non tolerable and non responsive, the care taker boy i am forgetting his name was the only one serving hot water in every room and he was only there at the hotel, the manager after check in i couldn’t see him at all till next day i think he went to the beach to chill. Not recommended for couple and family at all, bachelors in group and opt for this hotel just because it’s close to the beach

It was a budget stay; the room and bathroom were clean. Basic amenities were there. The cliff is literally 2-3mins walk with quick access to all cafes, shopping hauls, etc. Breakfast was okay too.
There's no room service as such, but if you ask for water bottles or room cleaning, etc. at the reception, they will provide. There's no inhouse restaurant like it's mentioned in their bio - only a small set up for breakfast, if you opt for it. The vicinity is green. All in all a decent stay.
