"On the outside the hotel looked adequate. Rooms basic but comfortable. Family of 4 in a family suite with 2 small bottles of shampoo wasnt adequate. I had to visit reception every day to beg for extras. Tried calling them from the room but nobody picked up. Apparently the phones haven’t worked for years. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Bath wasn’t useable as it was dirty. Shower head broken and reported twice but no action taken. Beds not adequately cleaned and full of sand so we had to dust them ourselves every night. Tried to speak to manager but they are only at the hotel a couple of hours a day as on outside business most of the day! Breakfast was basic. Promised parking didn’t materialise and we ended up parking on the beach! Hi Aircon worked perfectly thank goodness considering the august heat!"

"We loved everything about this hotel. It is a small, boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful service. The view is glorious! We loved the location…you could walk to the town and harbor easily…we even walked to Bar180 and saved 72E (an uphill climb but only .6 miles. Tip: transportation in Mykonos is expensive…36E in an Uber no matter the distance, and more for a taxi or car service, so location is important. Our room was lovely and the shower was great! Truly enjoyed our stay."

"Upea hotelli, saapui myöhään yöllä elokuussa. Huoneemme oli numero 207 uuden korttelin ja se oli täydellisesti puhdas. Vähän hiljainen paikka ja ihana. Hotelli sisältää iso uima-allas ja pienemmän lapsille, vesi oli puhdas ja aurinkosänkyjä oli ilmainen. Meillä oli aamiainen ja illallinen hinnallamme, molemmat olivat herkullisia erilaisia valita. Jäimme 5 yötä. Kaikki olivat täydellisiä. Kiitos kaikille."

"We stayed at this hotel end of Aug, staff were lovely and helpful the guy who manages the restaurant never stops he deserves a medal. Hotel is about 1yr old all very modern, the rooms are very nicely done there is a fancy wall on the ceiling and behind the bed ( didn’t pass the dust test ) the bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were like sleeping on a brick , the rooms are small but it’s enough they don’t have any drawers in the room so no where to keep underwear/ swimwear they have a fridge and coffee machine, the coffee wasn’t always replenished we just had to keep asking for more .all rooms face the sea we had a beautiful view and listening to the sea in the evening is the best sound the balcony was lovely to sit on and quite big it’s the best sea view I have ever had . Breakfast at the hotel was disappointing for me as they didn’t have any nuts/ seeds or croissants, the bread was nice and fresh , they have 3 cereals to choose from cornflake/ choc cereal and oats if you wanted bacon u just had to ask and they made it fresh for you , the beans were cold not sure if they were meant to be cold or not they made coffee/tea / fresh orange to order , there is enough to choose from and to keep you going till lunch . The Sunbeds are free to use on the beach very comfortable and thick but you were asked not to bring your own food or drinks on the beach , felt sorry for the young girl waiting for drink/ food order on the beach as uniform was long pants she was obviously too hot and she was so lovely. There is a 10min walk into town plenty of restaurants to choose from . During the day if you have food especially meat the wasps just swarm around you no wasps in the evening . If you want to go to thassos this is a nice hotel in a perfect setting."

"I was there in July 2023 with my husband and one year old daughter. We have never been received so unfriendly, I have really never experienced anything like that. I was promised a cot over the phone, but when we went into the room there was none. After asking the staff they said they didn't have any. Of course I insisted and I was told that they would organize one the next day. Unfortunately there was none the following day either, I was told it was broken but they would bring me one. Another day passed and I finally got the cot. After trying to put my daughter in, the bed collapsed!!! I was understandably upset and went to the front desk. The answer I got was: we said yes, it's broken! Without words, of course we looked for another hotel and wanted to check out. They wanted to charge me for the third night, when my husband and I told them we wouldn't pay, we were threatened with the police. I agreed and told the staff that I would report it straight away, I don't know, can that be considered assault? Bring a broken cot? That closes when a small child is inside? Of course they didn't call the police and we didn't have to pay either. My last question was whether they just didn't want us and we were just looked at funny. No, they didn't want us, as a GREEK I was ashamed of such unfriendliness. The hotel itself is very run down and old, which I thought considering the price. It is unfortunately very dirty, the toilet flush 2 minutes, the kettle smelled like burnt, the fridge didn't work, the bed linen smelled like old and the area was quite neglected, just like the "private beach". I would probably overlook all of that (except for the cot) if the staff were a bit friendlier and more helpful, but that was really by far the worst. The only good thing is that it's just on the beach but believe me it's not worth it. There are enough nice cheap accommodations nearby. Don't do that to yourselves, not just families!!!!"

Kaikki henkilökunta on todella apua. aamiainen on mukava, kunnes 10:30, joka on täydellinen. Hyvä oleskelu perheen hyvin rauhallinen paikka. Se on hieman vanha, joitakin huonekaluja sekä huoneessa että ulkopuolella tarvitaan muutoksia. Auringon sängyt ovat vanhoja ja ei todella mukavaa. "Hi All, over all our stay was very good, staff and food were excellent.The place was very clean and the grounds were kept to a very high standard.The views over the sea were fantastic.It was a little quiet as it was the first week of the holiday season and a lot of restaurants were still setting up.The holiday reps were always about and very friendly and informative.Small negative was the shower over the bath, could do with a safety hand rail and a shower curtain as the floor got very wet and slippery when taking a shower.We had a fantastic stay and would return.
