Property was ok location is ok. Maintenance was very poor, service given was pathetic and behaviour at the front office was not acceptable. This property did not serve breakfast. Water was charged exorbitantly. Will not recommend hotel sagar sangam to any other person.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times and one the best hotel in budget, clean room, supportive staff and best place in mira bhayandar.

Hotel was good, but breakfast not provided as mentioned in booking, check in time was around 12 noon, given 2nd room at 6 pm.

They didn’t allowed me and my sister to enter the hotel although we already paid. They said that they can’t let us check in because we’re foreign (we’re germans) then we were so mad and they even didn’t helped us to find another hotel. They told us they don’t help foreigners. So very bad experience and also they’re racist.

The staff, especially the owner, are very unprofessional and lack the ability to communicate properly with guests and customers. The morning manager and receptionist are particularly rude, and the owner shouted at my brother-in-law for visiting for short time, despite him traveling a long distance. BIG BIG ZERO Review to these Guys and Staff. For cleaning, we used to remind them again about the rooms and maintenance. The TV was broken in the room, and even the washroom wasn't cleaned properly.

It is a good hotel, dont expect much from service end. Also it is under maintenance so many things are still not working
but overall
good hotel at this price.
