The rooms are not as same as the picture. Rooms are too small like a matchbox. Its very untidy and lock system is not good. Also there is mosquito issues.

Visited the place first time with a friend and our kids..
And we were safe, and very happy with the room.. very spacious, clean, and the staff is extremely Amazing and helpful…
Ahmed and his team were very supportive..
And the best part is it was so reasonable and budget friendly..
I 100 percent recommend this place to anyone who wants value for money..

Honestly, we had no high hopes, but when the stay started, we were proven wrong. The hospitality, the room quality and cleanliness, the food quality; Everything was amazing. hafiz, especially, was very helpful and made our stay better. Don't go on the location and appearance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this budget friendly hotel. 👌

Very convenient location. Helpful and cordial staffs. However, rooms have poor ventilation and no window. Therefore ac is mandatory. And one must bear all the sounds from the neighbors during the stay.

Beautiful stay!
Hotel deluxe residency a perfect place to stay in santacruz east . It is close to the airport the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent . The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel deluxe residency again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Comfy and close to everything
Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out . The staff was also kind and helpful with anything,, so there were no miscommunication issues."
