I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Went to the spice it restaurant! Esha and Shridhar were great, they listened to our requests and the overall service was amazing. Food was also surprisingly fresh and hot for a buffet. Overall 5 out of 5 stars, ambience, service and food all were on point.

Food was excelent and great service everyday. Thanks Pratham :) the overall experience in the hotel was good. I stayed for a full week in business meetings and the meeting rooms had everything we needed. :) ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

location is good... amenities were limited... service was best... I just hope the next time I book a room the hotel staff will keep some snacks for my night cravings or at least some chocolates and soft drinks...I am ready to pay for that as well...

We stayed for a night at this hotel. Our stay was ok. This is a business hotel and therefore low on its staff and amenities. The hotel has a car parking where we self parked the car (didn't use the valet) however we were not very happy to find that during the night someone had moved our car to another location. Being a business hotel you have to carry your own luggage around. The dinner served in the restaurant is alacarte no buffet. Food options are quite interesting but food was just ok not great. The room where we stayed was too tiny and I felt a bit claustrophobic... there is no window. the toilet although all boxes are ticked is almost as tiny as an airplane toilet..The breakfast buffet spread was ok but they served really very bad tea during the buffet... when we complained staff was not in a hurry to replace the tea...overall not a great experience.. will avoid staying at this hotel again.

We went for Sunday buffet lunch. They have excellent menu and some live counters too. All food courses had multiple choices and delicious food. Ambince and decor is nice and pleasant. Staff is very courteous and professional. Isha helped us to make ourselves comfortable. This was our second time visiting and many more to come. They also have valet parking. So, best place to relax and enjoy family time with food. They also serve excellent cocktails...Thank you IBIS, Thane.

excellent service and good staff. Breakfast menu was equally good. cleanliness is maintained during my stay.
