Everything was good we even got our room upgraded  The only problem was there were in 2 lifts in the entire hotel and one of them was not working  So had to wait for long times to go up or down

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

Friendly stuff, helpful, curious for talking. I feel like home.

Good stay

Atul Patole, Sanjay, Akhilesh, Aadesh, Diksha, Priyanka, Maitri, Biswajeet - Not even a single person who was not courteous. Haven't seen such hospitality. Aditya who was not even serving us, but still did go beyond his duty to cater for our needs and even more. It's good to have such beautiful people working for the hotel which makes the guests feel at home. Even the chefs behind the dosa counter at breakfast are amazing. These are the only people I got to interact with.

Courtyard By Marriott is a gem. Their food is delicious, and the service is truly fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making every visit a delight. They have gone overboard to make our infant comfortable, so we can dine peacefully. Their ambiance and hospitality is top-notch and I highly recommend for a classy and enjoyable dinning experience.

Amazing hospitality. I'd like to give a special mention to diksha from the guest relations team for taking good care of us and greeting us with a smile.

Did not check in as my program was changed, could not contact the hotel for any help, no one responded to the numbers listed

The hotel is at an excellent location, overlooking the stadium on one side and hill on the other. The 8th floor lounge is great. One must visit to believe. The blue lights in the pool, large screen with great sound system, great food and drinks.
