โรงแรมสวย วิวสวย มีสระเด็ก ผู้ใหญ่ มีบาร์ให้นั่งดื่มโดยที่ไม่ต้องไปไหนเลย ตอนไปบรรยากาศฝนตกทั้งวัน ชุ่มฉ่ำมากๆ

ชอบมากๆค่ะสถานที่ว้าวมากสวยมากไปครั้งแรกถึงกับอะเมซซิ่งมากๆชอบมากห้องพักสะอาดให้ 10 10 10 อาหารอร่อยบรรยากาศหลักล้าน

We had a lovely stay at Eden. It was calm and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has many activities for everyday if you don’t leave the hotel premises. The hotel is in walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Lovely hotel. The breakfast is good but the coffee is bad. They do have an on site cafe which makes great coffee though if you are like me and can’t live with bad coffee or without it! The food at the restaurants is great, they cater for all tastes including Thai and European. The rooms are gorgeous and kept clean daily. We were constantly bringing sand in from the beach and the staff did a great job of cleaning every day. The staff are amazing - super friendly and will help with anything you need. My only feedback is that there are not enough sunbeds.

Overall is good. We have a very good time here. All facilities and service are good. It seems the manpower not enough in every departments since checking in so many guest are waiting at the lobby and GSA are too busy to handle. After finish there’s only 1 bellman to take care of everyone to escort guest to the room by buggy but the luggages will come later.  The luggages come so late we go to the beach 10-20 mins and come back to the room and found that the luggage are in front of our room (what?). We have a good time the party at the beach in the evening. During breakfast, also not enough glasses and some delayed food but staffs are great.

ไปกับครอบครัว จองห้องพัก 3ห้อง เป็นวิวสระ 2ห้อง และห้องดีลักซ์ 1ห้อง โดยขอห้องใกล้กัน ปรากฎว่า พนง. อัพเกรดห้องดีลักซ์ เป็นห้องวิวสวน แล้วมาลดเกรดห้องวิวสระมาเป็นห้องวิวสวนซึ่งถูกกว่า แล้วอ้างว่า ช่วงสงกรานต์ และอัพเกรดห้องให้แล้ว เราเลยแย้งไปว่า เราไม่ได้ร้องขออัพเกรดห้อง แล้วทำไมมาลดเกรดห้องที่จองเป็นวิวสระ ซึ่งราคาแพงกว่าวิวสวน สรุป พนง ก็จะให้ย้ายห้องอีก อัพเกรดไปห้องใหญ่ แต่มันก็กลายเป็น 3ห้องพัก อยู่คนละตึกถ้าเราย้าย ซึ่งเราต้องการอยู่ใกล้กันไม่ใช่คนละทิศคนละทาง เราเลยไม่รับเงื่อนไข เค้าก็บอกทำอะไรไม่ได้ เพราะติดต่อผู้จัดการไม่ได้เนื่องจากหยุดยาว เคืองมาก ค่าห้องเป็นหมื่น แต่มาทำแบบนี้ ลดเกรดห้องโดยไม่แจ้งเลย เงินส่วนต่างที่มาลดห้องก็ไม่คืน พนง ห้องอาหารตอนเช้าก็ไม่สนใจคนไทย บริการแต่ต่างชาติ
