Room is not clean, service is very poor and in the name of complimentary breakfast they provide only single option

Poor hotel set up, the room which was offered initially was horrible. They are not aware as to what the customer is looking for. When i insisted then they shifted to a diff room. Ac not working l. Very bad

Excellent hotel. Everything was so good. I liked it a lot. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is clean and large

Good experience. Nicely behaved staff, good food options, super hygienic room and amenities. Ac, heater, tv, etc available.

Rooms are average with some amenities missing for the price i paid like intercom, electric kettle etc. But the staff were good though

Wonderful hotel at tezpur. There is available space for car parking. And at the 1 st flour hotel kharika is present.
