Good location, if you drive. Rooms are superb and services staff are friendly. Rooms are clean.

It is a nice place to stay but several staff were rude including the cleaner. My mother in law was 2 doors away and when going to her room we were yelled at by the cleaner for going the wrong way down the corridor. Breakfast was okay. Bacon and sausages burnt to a crisp so inedible. Woman booking us in for breakfast was very rude saying you must pay before entering. Would have liked my kids and elderly mother in law too sit down whilst I paid but apparently they can't let you in until we paid even though we reserved tables. I then had to wait at reception to pay and this was not good for my family. So common sense needed to come in here. We need to book again next year as my daughter is in a show but will probably find alternative hotel with more friendly staff.

Came with friends for Cheltenham Races- so grateful to get a last minute booking! Hotel looks tired, front door has been smashed in and was on a quiet Industrial site… breakfast was really good and set up for the day (there is no downstairs bathroom either btw). Had a cold welcome which I understand when a group of girls come in with drinks in hand and suitcases- but a smile would have felt warming that “here’s your card”. We had no idea what floor but guessed by it starting with 3 it was the 3rd floor. We were greeted by an older lady the next morning who hyped us up and was so complimentary- really started our day! If you’re here on business or a single night, it’s fine… but the hotel just looks old and needs revamping!

A warm and friendly welcome. The room was standard with all the facilities you'd expect. The room was clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee and more available if needed. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great too. Would recommend this site.

What a lovely clean and tiday hotel this is. Quality of the room was excellent. Couldn't fault anything about it. Checking in was quick and efficient and the air conditioning and heating was absolutely perfect. I will be staying here again.

We needed somewhere to stay for a few days whilst visiting my son at University. The hotel was well located just on the outskirts of the city but only a few minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes from Cheltenham. As a base and somewhere to rest our heads after a day out exploring it was perfect. Good value for money, convenient and clean. Not noisy either despite being by a main road. Will definitely use again.

Amazing stay! Love coming to this premier inn. You know what you’re getting. Breakfast is great as always! Fresh and hot! Always pick this location to stay as staff are great! Look forward to coming back again in a couple of months. Thank you!

We stayed here for 1 night as my husband had a flying experience the following day. We had 2 rooms and one bathroom looked like someone had just had a shave but not cleaned properly, I informed the receptionist who was very apologetic and she went to clean it herself immediately- problem solved. You have to book in for breakfast so the chef can cook fresh food at correct time, and he cooks egg to order (they’re not left out waiting and getting rubbery) best premier Inn breakfast we have had, well done chef very grateful & well done to the lovely reception she was happ smiling and helpful- bonus 😊
