The house is basically in good condition. But there are still a few small corners and edges that need work. The seating, the parasol or the somewhat musty smell in the downstairs apartment should be modern/appropriate for the price you pay for this house.

Beautiful house, well located, not too far from the center. Nice view, spacious and properly arranged. 2 downsides: 1 / beautiful outdoor kitchen but stifling heat because it is practically closed, a ceiling fan is missing 2 / electricity behind the TV an
