We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Ormond hotel. Beautiful comfortable room, a warm welcome by staff especially Lucy who was very friendly and so helpful. Lovely little garden with bar at the back of the hotel and superb breakfast lunch and dinner in Bistro 23. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a real gem in the lovely town Tetbury. I like the atmosphere of the antique decor of the hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The night we arrived, one staff member helped us with the luggage and brought it to our room. The next morning, another staff Lucy gave us good information about the town and the area. She is very friendly and helpful. All these made us feel good about this hotel. We would love to come back again.

We visited the Ormond hotel with friends to enjoy a weekend break. Our room was lovely, very comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. We dined at their Bistro 23, the food was fantastic! Pre dinner drinks in the bar which has a great atmosphere! Big thanks to the staff who looked after us---Lucy at reception, Katie and jj, at the bar, and Jennifer and Miles in the Bistro! Thanks to the chef of course! I highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely be returning

Fabulous overnight stay. All of the staff were attentive, friendly and professional. The lady that was on Reception showed us to our room and gave us information about Tetbury. The waiting staff in the restaurant were so busy but incredibly knowledgeable and spent time with the guests explaining the dishes etc... The food was beautiful and very good value. The room was cozy and had a fantastic huge comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is very well placed in Tetbury to get to shops and the pretty local areas. We would definitely recommend and return.

Stayed for one night to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had a super time. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We were given a beautiful room which was very comfortable just perfect. We sat in the courtyard enjoying a drink and then decided to have our evening meal there too. I chose the plaice which was so tasty. My husband really enjoyed his steak. We throughly enjoyed sharing our yummy puddings Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and our cooked items were cooked beautifully. Tetbury is so pretty with lots of lovely independent shops to enjoy. We will return

Went for a drink in this lovely Ormond Hotel bar. Tetbury Was greeting by chap ,very friendly Whilst having a drink ,the person I was with is diabetic and his sugarsxwere plummiting down . The chap who greeted me was Jay Jay, he was absolutely brilliant helping . Brought a sugar drink over immediately. He was brilliant and we would like to say thank you. We will use the ormond again . We normally use another pub but will go back to the ormond And reccommend to any one. Thanks Jay Jay See you again James

We recently spent two nights here with another couple on a Travelzoo deal. We received a very warm welcome on arrival from Lucy and were pleasantly pleased with our room, nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. We ate in the hotel both nights and, on the whole, the food was lovely. The first night the meal could not have been better but on the second evening our friend had a couple of issues with the temperature of both of his starter and main course. However, the matter was swiftly dealt with by Cate and a newly cooked dish was prepared for him. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful with a particular mention to Cate and Matt in the bar. There is no car park here but we were directed to a car park about 5 mins walk away which cost us £4.60 a day for overnight parking. Would we return? Yes, I definitely think so.
