Had a lovely experience with the Rabbit Hotel for my 30th birthday. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the interiors are so pretty and the food was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful and the spa was amazing, highly recommend. They even made a little happy birthday dessert for me with a candle which was much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back!

I went to The Rabbit Hotel for my sisters wedding last week and the hotel is absolutely stunning and I an amazing experience. The room was very clean, loved the decor and the service from the staff throughout the whole trip was incredible. One staff member Akhtar worked really hard at making the day so special with no problems at all. He worked from early morning until late at night and was so helpful working all different types of jobs, so well done Akhtar! All the staff worked hard and were so polite in all areas of the hotel such as the bar, the service ladies for the rooms, the restaurant staff, everyone! I am planning on staying here again as I had such an amazing 3 days there and lovely experience. You definitely get your moneys worth with this hotel. 10/10.

I booked a table for dinner to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary only to be left disappointed. I booked in advance and put a note on my booking to let the hotel know it was our 20th anniversary. The food was overpriced and average. I didn’t want to make a scene in front of my family but not even one person mentioned such a monumental occasion. We were married in the Templeton (previous name of The Rabbit) and wanted to go back and experience the new look and transformation. Once I calmed down I emailed to express my disbelief and to date not one person has had the decency to email back. I hear so many people rave about The Rabbit, but in future I will dine somewhere else. A real disappointing experience. I wish I would have went elsewhere. A shame as it is stunning.

We stayed here recently as a family and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. All service exceptionally slow with rude staff. I was told I had to take keys for spa towels even though I wasn't using the spa, at a cost of £25 per card if I lost them. I had no choice. Salt and pepper Mills on restaurant table were sticky to the touch. There was no wash hand basin in toilet in room. Had to leave toilet and use large sink in bedroom, which replaced a dressing table. No chair in room and two hangers behind door for wardrobe. Glad I wasn't staying longer. The red neon BAR sign had no obvious switch so remained on constantly. Lighting in room, both natural and artificial, was really poor. The coffee machine only produced water. Everything was hugely expensive. 3 flat white coffees were almost £16. 2 glasses of poor quality wine over £22 and a burger £22. This hotel charges London rates without the standard and service that one would expect. Overall very disappointing

Beautiful rooms and decor with great facilities, we loved the spa and breakfast. However we stayed in room 417, which is the new cottages, these are right beside the main road due to this we had a terrible sleep the constant noise of traffic kept us awake most of the night and from 5am onwards it was impossible to sleep so we only got a couple of hours sleep. We would recommend staying here but check to see where you are booked in before you go if it’s the cottages or room 417 in particular I would request a room change if you want some sleep

The food, drinks and staff were all superb. The spa was also top drawer, we'd heard such good reports from friends who have visited here and it did not disappoint. We've had an amazing time, everything from start to finish was top class. Genuinely the best hotel we have stayed in here in NI, and I'm not just saying that

We got married here on 4th April and from start to finish everything was outstanding . Jemma Clarke is the best wedding organiser and put me and my wife and constant ease . Nothing was too much trouble for Jemma and could not recommend her highly enough The venue is stunning we got married in the boathouse and everything was perfect . We were lucky with the weather however this juts added to a great day. From start to finish the service was brilliant. Q as our wedding host was brilliant and made the day flow . Our reception room was perfect and all our requests were met with ease The food brilliant we could not fault anything if you are getting married you must go here .

Hotel was beautiful, decor was unreal. Spa was nice & chilled, wasn’t too busy and the bar service was prompt. Room was perfect for the three of us. Dinner was really tasty and the entertainment in the bar after was good. Only slight negative is the breakfast wasn’t great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in but could just be personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Myself and my husband stayed here recently and we had a fantastic time. Our room was beautiful, modern and comfortable. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The spa was just amazing! The food was fabulous and overall a 5 star experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you
