"The room was a normal PI room, comfortable bed, clean with a good shower etc. Breakfast was excellent - special thanks should go to the very friendly helpful staff member "in charge" of breakfasts during our visit (8/12 June). You park in a "nearby" multi storey car park, with a discounted rate for PI guests. The only problem was that because of road closures we found it very difficult to actually get to the specified car park - maybe a map would be helpful !!"

"Room services communication needs to be addressed. It was difficult to communicate with Reception as the phone kept ringing. Tv and fridge not working in one of the rooms. Unfortunately, this was not communicated .Staff very friendly, and facility looked perfectly clean.I can go back for another romantic vacation with my wife if I get the chance."

"The room was characterfully decorated befitting this elegant Georgian house, yet full of modern day comforts and well heated. The full English breakfast was exceptional, using the best of ingredients. Other breakfast options were available, including smoked salmon with eggs and smashed avocado with eggs which were both excellent. There was an option of an evening meal which we took one evening. Again, this was exceptionally good. We had the roast belly of pork with black pudding (with wonderful crackling!). The hosts made our 3 night stay perfect."

"Luin arvostelut ja pelkäsin tulevan hotelliin. Alun perin varattiin malttaloon, mutta oli järjestettävä päivämäärät, Ashley Manager malttalossa hyvin ystävällisesti varasi meidät swan hotellissa, koska malttalossa ei ollut saatavuutta. Luin arvostelut, se on todellinen portaat huoneet ovat hieman kapea ja matto hieman kanto. Meidän huone oli kuitenkin kaunis, katseessa joen pohjoinen. Iso huone, hyvin kirkas, vanhat säteet. Huone ja kylpyhuone oli puhdas. Kylpyhuoneella oli käsin suihku, joka ei ole ihanteellinen, mutta odotin tämän jälkeen lukea arvostelut ja se ei ollut suuri. Sijainti on täydellinen Ironbridge ja hyvin lyhyt kävely kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Me varasimme aamiaista ja se oli malthouse 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joka ei ollut vaivaa ja aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Hyvää laatu salsa ja bacon ja mieheni päivittää aamiainen kierrettä £3 ja se oli valtava. Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja aamiainen palveli nopeasti. Me myös syömme lounaalla swan hotellissa, Max, joka palveli meitä oli todella ystävällinen ja ruoka oli todella hyvä. Palaamme varmasti ensi vuonna. Erittäin miellyttävä oleskelu. Iso plus heillä on pysäköinti."

"On Trip.com said free parking, but got charged £5 for parking upon arrival. Good budget hotel, you pay for what you get really. Dated rooms, but clean enough. Hotel location is at a services, so no public transport etc, but good location if you have your own car. Easy check in and check out. "
