I was allowed to stay in my room a few more hours after check out time. The stuff were very kind and cooperative.

這家酒店是朋友推薦的，離核酸點非常近，走路就幾分鐘。辦理入住時前台的Tommy是個留着大鬍子的小夥子，非常專業，酒店早餐等訊息有一張紙，他還給重點講了一下，英語非常標準，一點口音都沒有。 我的核酸結果找他打印出來，也很順利。我第一次用gett訂車去機場，司機沒有提前聯繫我，問他怎麼辦，他説以色列的司機不會很早聯繫，如果萬一沒來，他會幫我叫車去機場，很讓人放心。房間裏設施還算齊全，該有的都有，還配備了體重秤。早餐品質在線，晚上9層還有一些輕食簡餐，住店客人可以免費去用，減肥的人不想出去吃飯，這裏解決一下，省事還省錢。

Location was good mainly since we had an appointment at the hospital across the street. Service was nice and they offer a Hanukkah candle lighting with donates. Breakfast was rich and tasty! Unfortunately, room cleaning wasn't good. Hot water in tub came rusty brown and stayed like this. Light bulb in bathroom blinking and irritating. We also had a small roach in our room. Personally, we dislike the darkness in the corridors.

Very please text stay. Modern, great breakfast. Also business lounge was great, with a nice buffet. Was really enjoyable for our business meetings. Will definitely stay again

Very good location. The breakfast was included and it was absolutely amazing: lot of options, delicious food and outstanding quality and taste. It is very dificult to find a good hotel at a resealable price in Telaviv. This hotel is my favorite option when I travel to Israel. Highly recommended.

Hotel tem estacionamento disponivel? De forma geral a estadia foi boa, as instalações sao muito boas. Destaque positivo para a academia de ginastica, a qual possuía equipamentos modernos, alem do restaurante. A parte negativa ficou por conta da questão do estacionamento. Quando reservamos havia informação de estacionamento disponivel. Quando chegamos ao hotel descobrimos que o mesmo (ainda que com cobrança extra) era disponivel somente durante o final de semana. Para a piorar a situação, quando solicitamos o uso do mesmo para facilitar o embarque de malas (por 4 minutos) nos foi negado. Apos uma larga discussao, nos concederam a possibilidade de entrar com o carro por 5 minutos para embarque das malas. Sugerimos à administracao do hotel fazer melhores combinacoes com o peoprietario do estacionamento ou das vagas, visando melhor atendimento da necessidade dos seus hóspedes. E tambem informar mais precisamente a condicao de disponibilidade, antes de se descobrir no hotel.

Best breakfast The breakfast was above and beyond.

Bad experience Hotel room and location is good. Breakfast variety is limited for my 9 days stay. Was yelled by the chef that Sat breakfast is 8am and witness a mother with her 2 young kids in their tracksuit being refused to pack breakfast for them. The Chef was going out of control, yelling and shouting. Poor kids to go through this and empty stomach. Shouldn't a chef duty to feed his guests? The food are mostly ready but it is just not 8am sorry no food for them. I understand there are rules but this is the first time it was handled in such a harsh manner. Worse experience ever as an international traveller I would say.

Top hotel in high tech district Stayed 5 nights for business reason. good location, super restauarnt options. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. we had the an executive room and also used the executive lounge. The lounge is comfortable but lacking power outlets and only offers as mentioned Coffee, tea, water and lemonade. IT would be nice to get some cookies or nuts. Man other business lounges around teh world even offer food/snacks and all kind of softdrinks/beers. IN general we liked the hotel and will come back
