One of the best hotel in town!

Good physical property, but the staff are the reason I'll never stay again. I've stayed here before and the staff were mediocre, but this time they were outright bad. Waited several hours at check-in before they were able to give me a room (even after check-in time), only to then be told they didn't have what I'd booked and downgraded me. Then around midnight on that night they gave a room key to my room to someone else who woke me when they entered MY room apparently "looking for their bags"!! The next day several staff stated that could not have happened (basically calling me a liar), before one finally admitted it did and they were the one to give out the key! I was promised a partial refund for those issues, but it never came. I was promised a late checkout as compensation, but when I asked for it on the last day it was refused. I travel a lot and have spent thousands of nights in hotels, and I've never experienced anything like what I did at the Debrah Brown. Despite the property itself being quite nice, I could never recommend anyone stay there after my experience.

Chef would not accommodate my dietary needs , not because he couldn’t but because he did not want to. I felt discriminated. If you care about disability awareness do not support this restaurant. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Tel Aviv that were incredibly accommodating. They

Je venais de quitter l’hôtel brown sea side où nous avons passé 4 nuits. Suite à des problèmes de propreté nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel. J’ai choisi le Debrah que j’avais connu car c’est la que je faisais mon sport car l’autre hôtel était dépourvu de salle de sport. À ma grande surprise la encore j’ai eu droit à une chambre minuscule avec le lit collé au mur d’un côté et très peu d’espace pour sortir du lit de l’autre côté. Un scandale supplémentaire : mes amis sont venus me chercher et ils ont demandé à la réception de m’appeler dans ma chambre Alors que j’y étais le réceptionniste leur a dit qu’il n’y avait personne dans la chambre. !!! Je me suis rendu compte qu’ils avaient oublié de mettre un téléphone dans ma chambre qui était la 101. Je pensais sincèrement qu’ayant expliqué aux deux dames de la réception mes déboires dans l’hôtel brown sea side qui est de la même chaîne j’aurais eu droit à un meilleur service. Et bien non ! On m’a dit si vous voulez une plus grande chambre il faudra payer … honte à cette mauvaise direction anti commerciale.

We were warmly welcomed at reception and felt at home straight away - our needs met almost instantly. Stayed for 8 weeks. We got to know the housekeeping staff who are all delightful, and when we forgot to take the “do not disturb sign off the door, we were called to make sure we were ok. Hotels clean, very very comfortable, we wanted to steal the mattresses, and doonas It was very hot so we showered often and needed more of the large fluffy bath sheets They came almost instantly Thank you management We loved our stay and will come again

This is a fantastic property decorated and styled to a high standard. Israeli take on art deco modernism. The team are one of the best I have come across in a hotel. They cared about your stay and having a great time. Nothing was to much of an problem even though nothing went wrong any question I had or something additional needed they were happy to help.

As a reminder, I am a loyal customer of your hotel which I greatly appreciate and I would like to come back. I volunteer for tsahal. I had a difficult week and needed to relax. So I booked a massage at 2 p.m. today. It went very badly: Massage 03/23/2024 Time 2:00 p.m. I didn't feel comfortable Reception: unpleasant, authoritarian The massage started at 2:15 p.m. and ended at 2:45 p.m. I had reserved for an hour The unprofessional masseuse. I have been in pain too often His clothes are not clean Black t-shirt with white spots dirty shoes Bad smells Hair not clean She blew on my face several times. It's not hygienic I was tense. she laughed, she was annoyed. Yesterday I had a massage in the street, it was better. The masseuse doesn't know how to massage, she needs training It is not normal. I don't want to pay for the massage The spa manager offers me a free massage in exchange. But this option does not suit me. I do not trust. I am disgusted.
