老牌三星酒店，設施老舊但是挺乾淨整潔的。但是服務質量非常差，人員態度客氣但是狡詰。裝傻充愣，欺負不懂波斯語的客人

This hotel greatly surpassed our expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, to the point where they politely refused tips; we had to insist! The breakfast was outstanding, going well beyond the typical North American continental breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were good size and efficiently designed. Overall, it exceeded the typical standards for a 3-star hotel in Tehran or anywhere else in the world for that matter. The reception staff were polite but could be more knowledgeable about recommendation to tourists.

I stayed there one night, this hotel is good one in east of Tehran But i got problem with reservation I just changed my check in date and they forced me one week later at 11.30 PM to set a new date , and it's not professional Anyway, i would choose again this hotel Room was clean , but persian toilet not good Breakfast was cool , i liked it Receptionists were cool as i saw If you wanna go to east of tehran , check it out

Worst experience ever, rude staff, dirty bedsheets. My wife, son and I got to the hotel at 4 AM very tired. We had no time and energy to check the bed covers. Next day we noticed blood stains and other stains on the bed. When we brought it up to the staff they were very rude and abusive. We are not recommending this hotel to anyone.

We have much nice time in the hotel. Environment of hotel was so quiet with kindly staff and the prices for room and restaurant or swimming pool and coffee was Matching the expectation with my mind. I suggest this hotel to you 💯
