The hotel was clean, and the convenience of being close to the airport made it an ideal stay.

Muy bien.   Shuttle service bien.  Breakfast normal bien. Rooms muy bien.

有廊橋可以直接到機場很方便

很新的酒店，位置也不錯，酒店有免費的機場接駁車，非常方便。訂了雙床房，到店升級成了大床房。設施稍微有點小問題，第二天早上送了早餐彌補，體驗還不錯。

體驗優秀的酒店，有廊橋直通Felipe機場，設施很新，工作人員服務態度不錯，美中不足的是隔音一般 ps視排班，前台有個戴金邊眼鏡的小哥很帥XD ps的ps：早上週圍如果打不到uber，可以讓前台小姐姐幫訂

Very good hotel, everything is new, room was spacious and you can easy walk to the Airport terminal

Free transport to the airport was perfect as we got an early morning flight from here to Oaxaca. Super quiet and clean hotel perfect for 1 night and the bed was super comfortable.

El hotel es nuevo y la limpieza excelente, es muy recomendado para hospedarse si es que tú vuelo sale muy temprano, además el restaurante del piso 7 tiene una vista preciosa y comida rica, si pudiera tener una alberca sería grandioso, pero entiendo que el hotel no está diseñado con ese concepto.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme con mi familia en el hotel y quedé maravillada !! La atención del personal de recepción, rápida y servicial; la habitación super acogedora y con lo necesario para una noche de descanso inigualable antes de tomar un vuelo; la cena en el restaurante deliciosa con un menú extenso para todos los gustos y la vista desde terraza y cualquier lugar sin igual !!! Me encantó la cercanía y la conexión directa hacia el aeropuerto

While the Holiday Inn would have rated a 3, the awful service, food and drink offered by its restaurant drags it to a 1 (and that high only because the system does not allow a zero). Unfortunately, the distance from alternative restaurants makes this the only game in town. The wait staff were the least experienced we ever encountered. There were only three beer choices available when the menu listed 10. When we defaulted to wine, the bartender poured a scant 2 ozs. and laughed when we suggested that was an under pour. I took my glass to the maître d’ who proceeded to fill another wine glass with water, by the shot glass, to assess my complaint. Turns out both of our glasses were missing well over half the normal pour. No apology, just a quick top up. Then came the sirloin burgers ordered done medium but arrived very rare for one and near blood red for the other. Now if the staff and kitchen had been overwhelmed by guests, it might be partly understandable. In fact, the restaurant and adjoining terrace were dead empty. Just two couples for several dozen unoccupied tables. One would think the absence of guests would signal a problem as well as give the maître d’ an opportunity to teach. Evidently not.

This hotel has no doors to the bathroom, beware! There is a glass divider that doesn’t lock and doesn’t shut like a door would. If you’re sharing room with anyone, you should stay elsewhere. Front desk staff is not well trained and not helpful at all. No respect for the guests.

El hotel cumple perfectamente con la franquicia que maneja, pero en el área de alimentos asqueroso, pedí unos tacos de filete y me trajeron unos tacos de puro pellejo asqueroso, me los cambiaron y sólo los picaron y quemaron los mismos pellejos, en verdad no se le puede llamar carne a eso, la persona que cocina no tiene la menor idea de lo que está haciendo, cámbienlo ya.
