還不錯 將就過一晚的可以 附近也可以去到aeon 樓下就有餐館可以吃東西 衞生情況還行 但是很方便 櫃枱還是24小時有人的 這個贊

The room was clean but there was a little bit dust on the unopened mineral water cap, maybe the room was tidied and cleaned quite some time ago before we move in. The toilet was rather small but still okay for us to use. The towel provided was a bit old and stained but seems to be clean.. Kind suggestion to the hotel for providing disposable slippers for guests. Thank you.

Great location, just nearby Aeon Tebrau. Not recommended for a family.

Value of $ Nth to complaint Environment is clean

Location is great with eateries nearby and proximity to Toppen mall. The shower pressure is also good. The bed and pillow is also comfortable for good sleep. However, there is a strong damp smell throughout the hotel’s corridors and especially in the room. I was not able to take it at first, but got used to it. It is a shame as this would otherwise be a wonderful stay.

Room looks clean and new. Location is good with a 24 hr convenience store nearby. Staff were nice too - one of them even lent us her phone to make a booking locally. Would visit again!

除了晚上隔音有點吵，其他都很好。環境，衛生．人員都很好，設備也是蠻新的，加上地理位置處於中心地帶，交通方便，

Location is good. There’s food and minimart nearby in walking distance.

Not quite at the centre of Mount Austin area. Has a few eateries nearby. But one can’t eat at the same places all the time. Room is decently clean. But what is frustrating is the quality of wifi - laggy and interruptive. Hotel say it is to do with weather. But those at the cafe nearby has much faster speed. My video conference thence became disasters. Room short of toilet paper. Should have given at least two when asked each time. Do that there is no need to keep asking. Even housekeeping has to be requested. However, reception seemed stingy with it.

room was cozy and clean, had a comfortable night stay. only thing is location is a little far from most popular/usual places, but we grab around anyways so it’s not a big issue
