Terrible experience. The photos which display on Trip.com was totally different from the actual room. Thanks Trip.com settled and handled it for me.

My worst lodging experience! Room with full of smoke smells, noisy environment due to the bar at the roof until 3am, no hot shower, dirty room, dirty toilet!!

hotel tables have ants crawling all over making it unable to put our belongings, wallsand ceiling looks old with stains, not working hot water, drain not good, lift smells of urine

What more can I say? Stayed the 3rd floor. The room was run down as if I was back in the 90s. One of the light bulb was spoilt, ceiling lots of water marks and at night roaches start coming out. If I can give 0 stars for cleanliness I will. They didnt even provide toilet paper. Don't even have wifi on the 3rd floor. Had an unbearable first night. Requested to change another room which was slightly cleaner however, the card key was faulty. The receptionist had to use the master key to open the door for me as and when I return.

No filter water provided but the water pressure in the bathroom is good cleanliness soso just don’t go in detail to search and likely you won’t spot dirty items
