非常難定的一個酒店，但是位置非常好，離湖一路之隔，離螢火蟲碼頭走路幾分鐘。 周邊有中餐館， 早餐房間自己解決。

旅館就在湖邊上，雖説整個小鎮不大，但位置很不錯。房間內的設施非常棒，很舒適。如時間允許，坐在房間裏享受度假時間，看着湖上的景色，真的非常棒。

房間很大很不錯，家人都很喜歡。爸媽都睡的很好，紙巾等用品的品質都是沒得説。房間也很乾凈。這房間真的是這個地區的天花板

入住非常順利，入住時給了地圖及有用的建議，推薦的餐館也很棒，就在湖邊，離鎮中心和螢火蟲洞登船處都很近，很好的體驗

房間在這個地方算不錯的了。廁所不行，馬桶圈是松的。 房間不含早，但帶了小孩非要收費，收了幾十刀，啥東西也沒加。問為啥帶小孩要收費，也説不出為什麼，反正説帶了小孩就要加錢，不然不讓住不讓退房。出去就是湖景色一流

However your booking was for two adults and when you checked in you also had a child and there is an Extra person charge of NZD$45.. You asked if you could cancel on arrival and I advised that you were well inside the cancellation policy and you paid for your child to stay. I certainly did not say you were not allowed to stay, that is not correct.We thank you for staying with us and I hope your trip to Milford was a great success. Kindest Regards Kerri and SteveI

酒店位置優越，房間對着湖，自駕出遊，房間裏可以做簡單的餐食。附近有超市，餐廳。酒店服務也不錯，推介

Beautiful lake views. Super clean and well maintained specially inside the room. Warm and friendly owner with good recommendations on restaurant & cafe. Te Anau is a small town with proper choices of restaurants, cafes & bars. Good choice for stopover to Milford’s cruise ride.
