I can absolutely recommend this place..it was delightful and very reasonably priced, possibly because it is not on the waterfront, but the cabin and service well and truly makes up for it's less than prime position. Could have stayed there for much longer.

Property is very dated.Chipped dishes,dirty cups,sofa very uncomfortable.Cottage could do with a good clean.Service of cottage was below average. Close to town.

The house was lovely and warm as the heat pumps were on when we arrived. Lots of space to relax. A cosy house to stay in.

Ray was super helpful and communicated with us well. Especially appreciated the heating, especially the electric mattress heating.

Clean and comfortable and at a good location. Outdoor area is super spacious with enough space to comfortably park two large cars. Ray was kind and helpful. A couple of issues has to be highlighted. It was advertised on a website that rhymes with cooking. The listing there said 2 bathrooms. However, neither bathroom has a sit down toilet. Of the two bathrooms, only one has a sink to brush your teeth and it doesn’t have a mirror above it. The mirror is behind and to the side. The property can house up to 8 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms but there is only ONE sit down toilet in a separate room and really cold in winter. If you have to go at night, probably need to wear a jacket. Ray said that the website doesn’t allow him to accurately reflect the facilities. That’s really unfortunate and it could prove to be a real uncomfortable surprise if a large group turns up at this particular unit.

The place provided everything needed for a stay including a washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a family of 7. Well maintained.

Cozy cottage! Easy walk to Te Anau downtown. Great place! Loved our cozy cottage. Had everything we needed. It was very private, clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the deluxe cottage and enjoyed the separate bedrooms, the kitchen, the place to do laundry, the deck—everything was perfect for our party of six. I would highly recommend this lovely place.
