A 2.5 to 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff I was able to check in at 7AM by paying an extra half day - well worth it after a 28 hour trip without sleep. The hotel we simply wonderful entire stay. Top marks to the front desk personnel - friendly and efficient. The breakfast was an excellent and abundant buffet. The room was obviously old, and the furniture was showing its age. However, the modern bathroom was appreciated as was the in-room safe. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom, however, that never went away my entire stay. Internet/wifi was good, with reasonable speed and a solid connection. However, the television was not “smart” - an older model that shows only about 6 broadcast channels, all in either Georgian or Russian. It would be nice to have YouTube or Netflix access, or at least one English language news channel such as the BBC or CNN. Overall, it’s a 2.5 to 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff.

I like the bath room with the shower. In my opinion the breakfast eggs were cold.
