When they stacked flights in the common area, they forced the guests to help, those guests who apparently already live here longer than the rest. Elena, the administrator, forces guests not to wash dishes behind them, she says that she previously worked in a restaurant as a dishwasher and she does not like the way guests wash dishes behind them.
