We just returned from an amazing week at the TUI Blue Princess in Playa Taurito, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for a sunny escape The location is stunning—nestled between the cliffs with breathtaking views of the ocean and just steps from the beach. The hotel’s pool area was one of the highlights for us: spacious, clean, and surrounded by plenty of loungers so there was never any stress about finding a spot. There’s also an outside pool bar with stunning views serving refreshing drinks throughout the day. Our room was a deluxe suite with a garden patio, The room was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved how peaceful Playa Taurito is. It’s quieter than some of the bigger resort towns, which made it perfect for relaxing. That said, Puerto de Mogán is just a short distance away if you want to explore or do some shopping. The food was great—lots of variety at the buffet with something for everyone, including fresh fish, local dishes, and plenty of fresh fruit and desserts. In addition, we dined at the a la carte Culinarium one night, and it was fabulous. But what really made the stay special was the staff. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The in-house TUI team were fantastic and the aqua fit and salsa sessions were great fun. If you’re looking for a sun-soaked holiday with beautiful pools, beach access, and total relaxation, this place is highly recommended.

Air conditioning in the room, arrived during the night and the room was cool. The next day it was just terrible, I spoke to reception and they agreed to send someone round. The room that was pictured must have been a decade old, didn't take any photos of the room as it was grubby. Supposedly the technical found no fault??? Upgraded but as an apology got the superior room, air conditioning again was poor. Reported multiple times, I have a health condition and heat can affect me, I was floored for 72 hours. Food is poor, you get an option of pasta and then 2 sauces. They look like sauces but are watery and sit on the bottom of the plate, slip off the pasta because of the water content. At the time of booking I made the advisor aware of the health condition, we couldn't get insurance through TUI, paid for it 3rd party for the year. It says adults only, saw plenty of teen-agers with their parents so doesn't have that romantic getaway experience that as a couple we were looking for, the entertainment was bad not our era Elvis tribute act sums it up. Bingo, ping pong and archery. Doing that in the middle of the evening seating area. Accident waiting to happen. Our last night, we had the technician out and he had to step away. Saw the previous annual inspection stickers, being previously in facilities management I was curious. He had taken his ladder so I stuck my phone up, last inspected 22/01/2024. Bare minimum is a year, heavy use at least twice a year now 20/07/2025 a year and half without an inspection? Inhaling mold spores can cause various respiratory issues and allergic reactions. * Refrigerant Leaks: Refrigerant (coolant) is a hazardous chemical. Positives first, the sun shone everyday. Now on to the downside, this hotel is up there with some of the poorest we have stayed in, the food is a poor standard and very limited on choice, i don't blame the hard working staff, i blame the management on penny pinching, cheap standard of ingredients means poor quality of end product. The hotel is dirty, the pool area gets a quick clean but the sunbeds never get moved to clean below, the sunbeds are worn and filthy, also very uncomfortable to lie on. This may seem daft but there are too many beds so everyone is squeezed together. Limited staff means long queues at the bars, less drinks served means more profits, they also try to sell you additional drinks, which some people buy to save waiting, there is also a four drink limit if you go to the bar, which a lot of people do at night as there are not enough waiting staff, so we were in a party of four, i waited in the queue for five drinks, got refused the fifth so had to then queue again for the additional 1 drink. I could go on and on about the negatives but want to try and enjoy my last day. Needless to say I won't be back

Excellent hotel and friendly staff, the restrictions on reserving sun loungers before a certain time really worked at a very busy hotel, it’s a shame day guests were allowed in as it was already difficult to get a spot if you arrived at the pool area in the afternoons. We had a huge room with excellent sea views, Perfect.

Overall another excellent stay, This was our third visit to this hotel and has been perfect for a chill out 10 days. Whilst we don’t usually like going back to the same place we have found ourselves booking this hotel for a summer break for the last three years. It has been perfect for an all inclusive adult only get away. Hotel staff all very attentive and hard working. Rooms clean & spacious. Food perfectly adequate for buffet style. Some people complaining about food quality however this is not a 5 star hotel and has absolutely everything you could possibly want with complementary visit to Culinarium restaurant. Hotel right next to nice beach and small water park which is worth a visit for afternoon/ morning. Hotel is based in Taurito and whilst there is not a huge amount to do there, the hotel offers a daily courtesy bus to Mogán and local buses available if you want to go to other places along with usual car hire if you want to get out and about. There are some good nearby trails if you like hiking / trail running & whilst a bit technical offer great views up the top. My only negative is that in the main restaurant at busy times staff appeared a bit unorganised and plates not cleared that quickly on occasions. We also found we had to get staff attention to replenish drinks. The first year we came they gave a bottle of wine on the table which would be much better. However overall an excellent stay once again and would highly recommend if you want a value for money chill out.

Great hotel BUT food is poor 4 out of ten. Entertainment is poor as well 1st week between 06.30 after dinner. 21.30 entertainment starts but only for 45 mins it’s a joke fiddling our thumbs saying is that it. TUI needs to up the game otherwise people will realise that hotel is great but that’s it. Food is poor vegetables are not cooked etc. and ur stuck because the raps to Mogán is shut for the last 12 years etc so it’s either Porto rico or stay put. We won’t be going back even if the road was open. Overall 5 out of 10.

just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday with my husband Staff - they work so hard, and always with a smile on their face and happy to help - no complaints about the staff at all - just to mention a few Jackie (TUI Rep) Iris (Piano Bar) Daniel (restaurants) gelislly (sunset bar) Elly (fitness team) there were so many more I could mention to Room - we had a deluxe suite, it was lovely, clean and cleaned each day, sunbeds on terrace and table and chairs, welcome water, wine and snacks, robes and sliders, hair dryer, shower gel, hand wash, everything you need, double bed and sofa, TV which we didnt use TUI App - defo use this, its so good, you can see the activities, the entertainments, times etc Entertainment and activities - you can do as much or as little as you like, they dont come around pestering you, its up to you want to do, and you can book via the app, they had all kinds of stuff day and night, silent discos were a big hit, all acts were good and they have didnt acts in different bars Food - we visited the specialist restaurant twice, once free and once paid for it, it didnt disappoint is was amazing. its one price and includes all wine, beer etc - all other food was gorgeous, loads of choice, could have food all day Drinks - most things on the AI - a few that were not, but that was fine with us, aperol , cocktails, prosecco all free so i was happy ha ha Sunbeds - fine plenty to go around and some big ones you could hire if you wanted to GYM - very hot, but decent size Boat trip - was amazing - defo worth it, include paddle boards, snorkelling etc and all food and drink Resort - it is a small resort and to run or walk 5KM you need to loop a bit, loads of water sports on the beach and the beach was a lovely cove, there is a short hike up about the hotels, 2 miles tops, plenty of little shops and bars etc that was nice there is a daily free shuttle bus to Moran - a beautiful resort not far away Transfer - we paid for private transfer and without this it was a long transfer - we also paid for late check out and had the room til 6 pm the day we left overalll I would defo do TUI Blu again

Really lovely hotel, spacious rooms with a lovely view of the sea. Comfortable beds we were here for 10 days and slept well every night. Food was good, plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, once was included in the price then we paid for the luxury dinner, food was delicious and staff very attentive. We visited Puerto De Mogan by bus which the hotel put on every day which is well worth a visit. Entertainment in the hotel was also fab.

This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in for years. Rooms- We stayed in room 3021. Conveniently near a lift. As you enter, a large bathroom is on the left, with a walk-in shower. Hairdryer. Suggest you take your own toiletries, although some are available. The room opens up to a large lounge with settee, wall mounted TV, cupboard with fridge. This leads to a massive balcony fitted with table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. Lovely views. The bedroom area is to the left of the bathroom, with wardrobe, safe and bedside cabinets. The bed is huge and comfy and soft lighting throughout. 2 x 1ltr reusable bottles are provided and there are plenty of water refill spots around the hotel. A small bottle of wine is provided. Kettle and tea, coffee provided. Great air-con. Food- Wow. Breakfast is a feast. Full english, American Style, Continental, all tastes are catered for. And there's a huge choice, including Gluten free dishes, bread, cakes for Coeliacs, and choices for vegetarians and vegans. Don't eat too much though, as at 11am as there is a wide choice of snacks to choose from. Lunch, then more snacks followed by dinner all cater for a variety of allergies, with good quality dishes on offer. Wine, and soft drinks are available. At 11pm sandwiches and cakes are available. Bars- a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks are available, including gluten free beer. There is a poolside bar. Some lovely cocktails are offered in all bars. There is a piano lounge and a sports bar with TV and boxed games available and an entertainment bar. Every night there is entertainment employing a variety acts. Once a week you can book a table at the Culinarium restaurant. Pool- Lovely warm walk-in pool, with a hoist for disabled guests. Aquarobics and games are organised. If you are disabled you can reserve a sunbed for your entire stay. Customer service- Hotel staff in all areas are very professional, friendly, approachable and courteous and make you very welcome. There is a free bus service that takes you to other resorts, although we didn't use it. Surrounding area- I only noticed two other hotels in this quiet resort. A short walk will take you down to the beach where there is a small selection of shops/cafes. Behind the beach is a water park which although noisy is not too intrusive, plus a further selection of shops/cafes. I could nit-pick over trivial matters but wont because they are far outweighed by the facilities this impressive hotel offers. I rate it 4.5 .

Stunning hotel overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunsets. The staff are fantastic. Attentive, cheerful, definitely enjoy their jobs. The food is to die for. So much to choose from. And catering for all tastes. There is a waterpark right next door, but you can hardly hear it. The entertainment at the hotel is a lot of fun. And if you like aquarobics, then the daily season it a must. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want an enjoyable place to stay. It's not in the middle of the nightlife so is ideal if you want the quieter holiday without any children running around.

Third time holidaying at this lovely hotel, and plan to go back at Christmas again. Staff can't do enough for you, food and entertainment is all good.

We have visited this lovely hotel several times, and will continue to use it when we need a holiday to really rest. There is not a lot to do around the resort but you can walk down a path straight onto the beach! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are all really friendly and the restaurant has a good variety of food at each mealtime.

Cannot fault this hotel. Staff are amazing, good choice of food, immaculately clean. Ideally situated for visiting Puerto de Mogán with a free morning shuttle bus. Sun-beds readily available, we were here for 2 weeks and never had an issue even when people reserved them. Lots of local shops and access to the water park. Good restaurants near by should you wish to eat out. Taxis are readily available.
