Tui Blue Suite Princess - Adults Only

Everything was just perfect in the hotel and outside with the weather, and we will keep coming back. Great hotel and position to the beach. Good large room, comfortable bed and facilities. Indoor restaurant and food varieties are great, complimented by Daniel and his intention to service and detail, looking forward to seeing you again on my next visit. Same can be said of Angel for his service in the bar. All round, all staff were excellent from booking in and throughout our stay. We met some other wonderful guests who we spent enjoyable evenings either watching the entertainment on the stage or in the piano room. Just a great time, thanks to all the staff. Mike and Suzanne

We travelled as a family of five. My parents aged 86 and 87. I requested adjoining rooms which I'm pleased to say were allocated. We had 2 deluxe suites overlooking a quiet part of the resort. The views were spectacular. The third bed in our room was quite comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Thank you to the cleaning staff. All areas of the hotel were clean and amazed us with tge decoration and architecture. All the staff, throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. In particular the restaurant staff. We were happy to have a window table at the back of the restaurant, having a wheelchair and mobility walker to park out of the way. This was reserved for most of our stay. Thank you Danny for organising this. We were well looked after throughout our stay. The food was generally good. Breakfast was my favourite meal with so much choice. Evening meals were also providing so much choice. There was something for all preferences. However, my father loves fish but sometimes found it a little dry. Lunchtime meals were fine. Again, the restaurant staff looked after our needs. Drinks at the hotel were good. The lager was good. As most of our party were wine drinkers, sometimes we worry about the quality on offer at an All Inclusive hotel. Wine at the Suite Princess was of good quality. Gin was either Gordon's or Bombay Saffire. Soft drinks were also fine. It was great to have water bottles available to be refilled. A brilliant idea. Evening entertainment tribute acts and others were great. The piano bar with live music proved to be a favourite with my parents. Great evenings! Fellow guests were friendly and helpful. We met some lovely people who helped make our holiday memorable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week away in the sun. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you Tui Blu Suite Princess.

This hotel is so good, and the staff is so welcoming that I booked another two rooms for 2025 while I was there. The staff can not do enough for my family and look after my autistic son as if he were part of their own family. I can not wait to return to the hotel and turn off once more from my busy work life.

This was our second visit to this hotel this year and we intend to return again! The rooms are spacious and well appointed - lovely bathrooms and comfy bed. We love the sea view and the sound of the waves under our window! A lovely sunset each night too! Staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food is excellent - loads of choice and of a high quality! Just a great place for an adults only holiday! 😊

Many positives but a few negatives to get out of the way to ensure you don't have the same experience as us. Our room was above the bar and every night (despite not being early to bed) we were disturbed by the noise below. Late into the night/early morning and then early in the morning for morning service. If you are offered a room around 2026 ask for a different room! Hotel is exceptionally clean but it is a bit tired. Transfer to the hotel was about 2 hours after a delayed flight and sitting on the plane for 6.5 hours. Could have arranged a private transfer but c70 euros. Shuttle on return journey was 50 minutes. Hotel is not truly all inclusive - extra 450 euros for 7 nights if a couple wanted that benefit. Probably didn't affect us at all. Entertainment was a mixture of excellent and poor offerings. POSITIVES Staff were fantastic Food and drink selection was excellent. Make sure you book the Culinary evening. Facilities - water and coffee stations Gym not too bad Location was excellent - very quiet BUT if you want anything other than to lay in the sun and eat and drink, this isn't a hotel for you. There is nothing around to do with the exception of the water park - great for kids - and the shuttle bus in the morning to the Port of Mogan. Taxi in the evening to Mogan is expensive. Hotel should have shuttle buses to other areas - even if a small charge made. We did a day trip to experience the island, which was worthwhile. It's also worthwhile doing the walk up the mountain opposite but don't use the road as you could get fined by the police.

We have been here 6 times now & we love it. As we enter the Reception it feels like we are home. We have made friends with many of the staff over the years & it is nice they remember us. Can't wait to get back there again. The food was better than ever & at lunch there is always a BBQ as well as hot & cold food, in the evening there is a wide selection of cooked meats & fish, we are always spoilt for choice.
