"Kaunis rauhallinen hotelli töykeän reunalla ja nir 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasema. Huoneet puhdas ja kunnossa ja aamiainen ok.Personal erittäin ystävällinen. - Käytän kylpyammeen."

"Rakastan todella tätä hotellia. Huone on tilava, valitsimme yksikön keittiö, joka oli super mukava. Laitteisto on melko täydellinen, ja on myös suuri yksityisen parveke ja supermarket on myös lähellä. Se on minulle hyvä sijainti, koska se on hyvin lähellä junaasemaa. Yleensä se on erittäin mukava ja olen todella tyytyväinen siihen."

"Me (suur ryhmä) satoi hotellille sateella sunnuntaina (heinäkuu 13) kun oli vähän valoa. Ei ketään vastaanotto. Perustuu varaus yksityiskohtiin ja muutaman viestin työntekijän jättämässä, onnistuimme löytämään huoneemme. Toimisto on yhdessä rakennuksessa ja vain lyhyen matkan päässä (on mentävä ulos) on rakennus huoneita. Huoneissa on pieni uuni ja joitakin hyllyjä (hyvä hieman pitkäaikaisia oleskeluja). Kylpyhuone, TV, sänky. Kaikkien huoneiden ovet lattialla avoinna samaan parvekkeen. Kaunis näkymä vuorille. Sateet toivat hienon mist ...hengitys kaunis. Ei Wi-Fi, koska ne kytkivät sen pois, kun he lähtivät viikonloppuun vaikka meillä oli varaus! Aamiainen oli perustavanlaatuinen mutta täytettävä. Yleensä ...a erittäin mukava sijainti, mukava, mutta hieman kylmä niiden "vieraanvaraisuus.""

"Ginevrasta lähti iltapäivällä. Kun Googlen kartan lentäminen oli virheellinen, olimme yli kymmenen yöllä. Trip.com ilmoitti hotellipalvelukselle, että voimme odottaa kymmeneen. Mutta saapumisemme palveluksessa on vielä kymmenen 15:00. Hotelli on kolme minuuttia päässä junaaseman vieressä. On mukavaa. Hotelli on myös hyvä aamiainen. Hotellilla on itse pysäköintipaikka ja pysäköinti on maksutonta oleskeluaikana, mutta jos checkout on tehty, pysäköinti on 10CHF. Pysäköintipaikka kirjoittaa 24 tuntia ja pysäköi 13 dollaria. Kiitos Trip.com-henkilöstön apua, mutta emme saaneet vanhempiensa luota yöllä."

"!!****** HOUSE‼︎ THE ASIAN WERE NOT WELCOMED HERE. I stayed at this hotel for a night with my husband. I needed to join in a conference at the early morning so took a seat at sofa at the lobby. The man showed up a hour later and scolded me not to use the facilities in the hotel in the morning (I was just staying in the lobby! Is that a problem?). Why does the person who stayed in this hotel not allow me to use the facilities (like sitting on the sofa)?" Afterwards he told me I can use the lobby only on the opening time. The Staff at the front desk just gave us a key and told the place of breakfast when we were checking in. How we can know the opening time of the reception without given any information on the information counter????? There was no expect that I couldn't use the lobby while I'm staying. Of course never experienced that ever. Some people mentioned about "friendly staff" but I've NEVER found ”Friendly” staff here. The man acted rudely to us even after this "incident "but He smilely to answer with eyecontact to the when the other " color" people when they're out of the morning buffet place. OF COURSE we weren't said nothing when we were out but " bye" (without smile and eyecontact)after my husband said Thank you to him. May be they changed their attitude depends on people who have the same pigments or not.What a shameful and pity ******. This made our stay at Zermatt very awful. P.S. About the facility ,There were hairs on the bed from an unknown person.　And In the midnght the nock on the door and creepy sounds continuiously are heard. I wrote what I experienced exactly without exaggeration."
