Erittäin maisemallinen sijainti, ja rakasti kuunnella jokea. Henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen. Huone oli puhdas ja mukava Nespresso kahvila tuottaja huoneessa. Aamiainen oli kova, monia valintoja erilaisia Nespresso kahvia saatavilla. Bonus, että me ei tarvitse maksaa pysäköinti myöskään, ehkä koska se oli off-season. Rakastimme todella oleskelua ja tulemme todennäköisesti takaisin jäämään."

"An oasis of interior decoration, comfort and hospitality. We booked this chateau specifically as the restaurant is open on Sunday evening, many others aren’t. From the initial impression on entering the tastefully designed public areas to the relief of the first actually lovely room during this year’s road trip, the whole experience has been superb. Dinner was lovely and excellent value and all the staff are charming and eager to please. Not sure why there are so few reviews. Possibly because it’s not on a main route but served us perfectly on the way to the Riviera."

Finally have to park, and on foot found it in no time. Warmly received. Room in adjacent building is spacious and a beautiful balcony looking into the pool. Owner is very helpful and informative. Breakfast, served in a bright spacious room, is good."

"Perhaps the authorities tote up a range perks and facilities to give a hotel a rating. From a much traveled customer's point of view, this is a 3 star hotel trying to be a 4. In some ways, that is a good thing. The staff is very nice. The dining room puts out some very fine food, although I wouldn't say the same about breakfast that was quite pedestrian. They have the right color for the orange juice, but it and the pastries are very underwhelming. Nice hallway carpeting, clean rooms, thick towels, but you can't hide that the plant is pretty utilitarian '70s or '80s design. The only thing "privileged" about our upgraded room is that it was in the back near the parking lot and the not yet opened pool. The location is convenient, away from the congested downtown and relatively quiet. We have stayed in many Mercure and Accor facilities. This one is working hard to meet the standard. In some ways, they succeed. But they aren't quite there."

Mazamet has some interesting hiking and biking opportunities, including the hike of La Passarelle de Mazamet. The breakfasts were the best we had during our 17-day trip to France."
