I was on a day tour business taking some clients and I had the chance to find availability to spend a night over here, I used the WiFi which was good, the room was clean and hot shower plenty water which is good, parking you need to tip the guardian in front, it will be good if they add towel to the room. Thank you

Hay que mirar bien El personal genial. Habitación bastante limpia, ahora, la piscina llevaba más cloro que la propia lejía, sucia de cagadas de paloma, muchas plumas, alrededor sucio, el restaurante por dentro muy sucio.

Idéalement situé. L’hôtel est très agréable. Les chambres propres et la cour intérieure hyper agréable avec sa piscine. Les repas ( do et et petit déjeuner) sont de bonnes qualités et le service bien fait. Allez y sans problème vous serez pas déçu

Bastante mal. Servicio justo, los señores del hotel no saben nada del restaurante y viceversa. Todos se quitan los problemas de encima. Esta lleno de palomas, más que nada porque los propios empleados están dándoles de comer. El patio de la piscina está lleno de excrementos. Limpieza justa. Habitaciones hay de dos tipos, las reformadas y las que no lo están. A mi mujer y a mi nos tocó una reformada que era bastante habitable y el baño estaba bien. La tv no funciona. El balcón lleno de cagadas de paloma,no se puede colgar ni la toalla. La habitación de los niños lamentable, la peor que he visto en toda nuestra estancia en Marruecos. Los niños venían a ducharse a nuestra habitación. Nunca vayáis a este hotel y tener cuidado cuando lleguéis a la ciudad, puede que os hagan un cambio de hotel a última hora y os traigan a este basurero. A nosotros nos lo cambiaron una hora antes de llegar, con la escusa de que en el Riad no había agua caliente. Negaros y que os lleven a el hotel que teníais reservado, siempre será mejor que este

Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et traditionnel cet hôtel est fait pour vous. La bienveillance de tout le personnel est exceptionnellement rare! Tout est à portée de mains même la station de taxi pour aller en ville. A peine rentrée j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner😊 moi qui appréhendais de voyager seule pour la 1ère fois je ne pouvais mieux tomber en matière d'accueil...grand merci à tous...

Réceptionniste très désagréable,manque d'hygiène, serviettes non fournies, tel ne marche pas.manque de prises,wifi de mauvaise qualité débit très faible.le prix est inversement proportionnel à la qualité des prestations surtout l'accueil inadmissible du Réceptionniste.

Went with my sister and stayed three nights. Staff were amazing and so talkative and receptionist Mohammed was so so helpful!! Breakfast was really lovely and especially as it was included in the price. Easy too get to the city centre either by walking (40 ish mins) which we did a couple times or taxi (ended up being 10-30 dirhams for two people.) The pool was really nice too and refreshing in the heat. Really can’t fault anything about the hotel, we really would love too go back when we can.

A circa 5 km a piedi dal centro. Aacettabile. Camera non molto grande con bagno piccolo e datato. Abbiamo passato la notte in gruppo di 20 persone. Va bene se di passaggio. Hotel datato. Abbastanza buono il servizio ristorante.

tré beaux hôtel personnelle accueillant et serviable ,les chambres confortable et calme à 10minute de centre ville ,petite déjeuner copieux bon café et mesemen,le lendemain nous avons fait la vallée de finte sur la route du Marrakech perdu dans la montagne

personnelle accueillent ,la chambre avec balcon qui donne sur la piscine tres grand et confortable le diner délicieux et copieux ,petit déjeuner tre bon crêpe de la maison super je recommande cette endroit

I hate this place because they receive you badly , that’s why i cancel my booking in reception, then i go oute to auther place , they should to learn first how to respect the clients👎 and You have to learn how to deal with customers, If you deal with people in this way, one day you will lose everything.
