Mas des Comtes de Provence

Es war rundum perfekt! Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber, geräumig und klimatisiert. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Alles lädt zum Entspannen ein und der gute Service rundet diese Entspannung ab. Lisa, ihre Eltern und das restliche Hotelpersonal sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Die Herzlichkeit, die uns entgegengebracht wurde, war einzigartig und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen im Hotel ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und jedes einzelne Menü hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

I booked a «suite for 4 adults» in this hotel with 100% prepayment through ***********. Upon arrival, we were placed in two hotel rooms with the story that this option was better than the one we booked. The first version given to us was that our room had been double-booked and this was a problem with ***********. The second version (after 2 days) was that this was the exact room we had booked. On the day of arrival, I had pre-booked dinner. We were 30 minutes late. Although the kitchen was still open for another 1.5 hours and guests were dining on the terrace, we were told that the only thing they could offer us was carpaccio, as the kitchen was overloaded with orders. The cost of the carpaccio (a starter, not a main course) was 28.8 euros per portion, including VAT! According to the website, this is a former hunting lodge of King René. Only the walls of the hunting lodge remain; everything else is a cheap imitation. The doors to the rooms did not close, the bathroom doors did not close, the faucets in the bathroom were broken, the sink was cracked, the mosquito nets were torn, and the bed in one room was completely sagging. Breakfast is paid separately at a price of 30 euros per person, including VAT. The breakfasts for this price are very poor: 3 types of sausage, 3 types of cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fruits. They can fry an egg upon request. There is no coffee machine. Our group used this chateau as a "bed and breakfast," like most guests. For 3 nights, we paid 1605.72 euros for three people. This hotel is not worth the money! And most importantly, 1,3 km from this hotel is a large industrial enterprise, Fibre Excellence PROVENCE, which produces pulp and paper. There are many other industrial enterprises in this area, and in the evening there was a strong chemical smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wir verbrauchten 4 wunderbare Tage im Mas des Comtes. Die Küchen ist hervorragend und man sollte unbedingt mindestens 1 x zu Abend essen. Der Service war diskret und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und grosszügig. Gerne hätten wir den Pool benützt doch das Wetter war zu kühl, Gartenanlage lässt zum verweilen ein.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen, ruhig gelegenen Anwesen verbracht. Umsorgt wurden wir von den grossartigen Gastgebern persönlich. Begeistert hat uns auch der gepflegte grosse Park mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und dem schönen Pool. Das hervorragende Frühstück wird liebevoll präsentiert. Wir haben mehrmals das ausgezeichnete, mit marktfrischen Produkten zubereitete Diner, genossen. Ein grosses Bravo dem Gastgeber und Koch! Mit Freude empfehlen wir dieses gastliche Haus weiter!

Deutsch: Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche als Paar im mas des Comtes de Provences a Tarascon. Es war ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem großen Swimmingpool, das aber immer noch sehr natürlich wirkt. Unser Standardzimmer war sehr geräumig, ruhig und angenehm. Die Qualität des Frühstücks und des Abendessens ist sehr gut, mit einigen Lebensmitteln aus dem Garten. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, professionell, geduldig, hilfsbereit und lustig. Wir werden bald wiederkommen und empfehlen den Ort! Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass eine Hochzeit dort idyllisch wäre! Danke nochmal für die wunderbare Zeit ! C'était une propriété magnifique, bien entretenue, avec une grande piscine, mais qui reste très naturelle. Notre chambre standard était très spacieuse, calme et agréable. La qualité du petit-déjeuner et du dîner est très bonne, avec quelques aliments du jardin. Le personnel était sympathique, professionnel, patient, serviable et amusant. Nous reviendrons bientôt et nous recommandons cet endroit ! J'imagine qu'un mariage y serait idyllique ! It was a beautiful, well-maintained property with a large swimming pool but still very natural. Our standard room was very spacious, quiet and pleasant. The quality of the breakfast and dinner is very good, with some food from the garden. The staff were friendly, professional, patient, helpful and fun. We will be back soon and recommend the place! what a wonderful place to stay - it is actually an old king’s castle. very large rooms. very quiet. pet friendly. friendly host. best tasting breakfast I have ever eaten at any overnight stay. if you reserve beforehand you can have dinner at this place. closest recommended restaurants seem to be at St Remy. we were really happy about our stay and will visit again.
