Hotel Binapani Deluxe 1 Tarapith

Food quality is very bad, specially nonveg iteam. Room service getting delayed every time order. Housekeeping service is bad.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel for me and my family. By mistake i booked for 16th instead of 15th and when we arrived at around 8pm there on the 15th, we found out that i made a mistake with my date of booking. It was raining cats and dogs and we had kids ***** with us. But the hotel staff and the manager showed the least courtesy to accommodate us by modifying the date of stay despite our repeated requests. I even made the make my trip support executive talk to the manager over my phone but unfortunately they denied any support or refund. Finally we left the place and booked another hotel called sat-hi and has a very pleasant stay n hospitality. Pathetic customer service by binapani hotel and then they call it deluxe. I shall never recommend anyone to book stay at this hotel. They do not even have a car parking, which they must mention in the property details.

Staff behaviour is excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Restaurent food is fantastic.

Excellent stay, located very close to tara mama mandir. Food quality also awesome with reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the temple. The ac deluxe room was very clean, well appointed. The reception and other staff are efficient and well behave. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The hotel is too good. Hotel staff's are so co-operative. Rooms are clean. Very good service. Behaviour.

The room was spacious and clean and almost had all the required amenities. Guests were mostly families hence the environment is safe for solo travellers.
