我睡覺的時候，飯店天花板一直傳出澎澎澎框框框的聲音，太想睡置之不理，後來電視機突然開了，叫房務來檢查，被告知是因為上一個住房設定自動開機的問題，（我就問誰住房會去設定自動開機？！？）整體而言設備老舊，櫃檯人員也很冷漠，絕對不會再去

風景優美，飯店外觀雖不新，但大廳&房內裝潢舒適，平日入住，寶寶可以玩的設施不需排隊，親子設施很多，超棒的！服務員都很貼心、熱心，下次來會再入住！

飯店本體非新飯店，依據電梯的標示，建築物應為民國87年 (1998年) 完成，但飯店看起來不老，有翻新過。房間的裝潢也還可以，衛廁整潔度良好，就是淋浴時只能在浴缸上，但浴缸卻排水不良，導致是泡在水裡淋浴洗澡，感受不好。
飯店位於石門水庫旁，與社區住宅在一起，本身沒有地下室室內停車場，需要於飯店外路旁兩側道路邊線 (15公分白線) 右側區域停車，然部分區段邊線右側空間不足，會導致停車時車身左側佔用車道，影響來往人車通行安全，也是非法停車。若要停放在飯店配合的社區停車格，數量有限，需要到櫃檯換取社區通行證。由於入住期間正在下雨，乘客與行李上下車皆會淋雨，但也沒辦法因為沒有室內停車場。
飯店主要在前棟，會議室、餐廳、娛樂場所在後棟。需要於前棟7樓處轉接，兩棟建築物中間雖然有雨棚，但雨大時還是要撐傘。後棟三樓提供蠻多的休閒設施，其中小孩的部分有兒童電動車、Switch與球池、益智遊戲可供排隊使用。後方有撞球、桌球、健身房等設施可供使用。設備雖然不算新穎，但維護尚可 (益智遊戲的部分較差，組件有的都不見了，雖然是房客造成但飯店應該定期檢視更新)。
若是要到石門水庫，可以選擇入住福華飯店。但若只是想要兒童飯店，其實也沒有到非常合適，因為對於小小孩來說可以玩的東西不是很充足，也沒有那麼合適。
餐食的部分，此次入住包含早餐。早餐可以使用到10:00，選擇還不錯，中西式皆有，也有牛肉麵可以點。甜點的部分，有許多飯店沒有的自助式冰淇淋，可以暢享。人員服務優良！因為小孩早上還在睡覺，可以提供我們便當盒打包部分麵包回房間給孩子食用，這也是很多飯店做不到的，值得鼓勵。
