Inger Jirby Gallery & Guest Houses

i believe that we stayed at casita 6 which is the unit on the right side. Pros: very close to plaza so walkable to just about everywhere that we wanted to go. Inger was very lovely and easy going. Cons: the casita is very cluttered and has LOTS of fabric all around which creates a dusty environment. If you have allergies you will have a hard time. The A/C is woefully insufficient for the unit. The upstairs bedroom was very hot and the temperature did not exceed the 70's the entire time of our stay. Had to run the fan on high just to make it tolerable. There are no coverings on the skylights which are above that bed and the sun woke me up at 5:00 am every morning. There is no bathroom upstairs so if you need to use it in the middle of the night you have to climb down the spiral staircase. High expectations of how you are to leave the unit before departing. (strip the beds, separate towels from sheets, clean the counters, stove etc...) I've never had to do this before in a rental. I also put my hand on the back of a leather sofa and came away with a greasy residue. I know it sounds like a lot of complaining but I always appreciate a full review. The location ultimately was warranted the average review otherwise I would have rated it lower.
