Not at all cooperative , we had to change the room 3 times with a baby. Lock was not working , room was not clean and what not, and asked us to leave at the end and offered money back. How can they say or Treat there customer this way. The worst service I would not recommend any one to this hotel

They are very clean an nice an they are very understanding

山裡麪的酒店周圍環境還好，比較涼快，旁邊靠着奧特萊斯，買東西吃飯也比較方便，就是酒店的衞生狀況比較差，早餐也不大好，而且衞生間裏出現了很多的螞蟻，如果是短期去逛奧特萊斯的話，可以，長期住的話不推薦。

location nice view mountain ，room clean average but continental breakfast so so nothing choose only egg， bread，coffee，apple juice and muffin。one night stay is been fine 。 do not repect what you get

My account was hacked and someone booked a room for 5 nights here and when I disputed it they did everything they could not to give me my money back and they clearly know that no one showed up to stay at the room and I can’t get no response back from them. Zimmer vom Vorgänger einfach übergeben. Betten waren beide benutzt, Betten wurden dannn frisch bezogen.gleicher Tag gleiche Stunde Toiletten Spülung ohne Funktion, wurde dann auch noch repariert. Alles um 8pm Personal war freundlich. Also ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

2 hours drive away from New York city. Just pull over the car from free way and sleep over. Have an out let just beside it.
