會中文的前台，因為我們飛機延誤特地，等到很晚才下班，在那裡等我們，服務態度真的很好。生活用品床上用品毛巾之類的，也很新，的確是挺滿意的，性價比挺高的。第二天壞了一盞燈不到20分鐘就有人幫我們換了燈泡

房間很大，風景很美，設施很久，衞生堪憂。屋裡光線昏暗，傢俱寢具都暗色，都不太敢上床睡覺。半晚12過了才到，前台小姐姐下班了還在等我，很敬業！倒是先後三個保安，一個引路，後兩個分別查證件，匪夷所思。入住登記出示證件還不夠？

Reception staff very polite and good service. After checked in they keep in checking any request or help that we need. Everything goes well, clean and tidy. Just a bit difficult to on TV program, but still manageable after 15mins 🤣 definitely will come back again.

The apt was clean and spacious . Really comfortable for a family. Location is great Just probably the lifts are limited , at peak hours time check in and check out , almost impossible to use it bec the lifts are used also by the cleaner. Probably it would be better it was during off peak season/non school holiday
